Due to COVID-19, the gym will be open from 06:00 to 21:00 with limited capacity and prior appointment at reception.
Our Matilde Bistro Restaurant has limited service hours from 07:00 to 22:00. Located in Tower I, ground floor.

We will be remodeling the hotel from January 27th to June 15th, 2025, there will be a little noise and dust, as well as workers from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause you.

We would like to inform you that from October 26, 2025, to January 26, 2026, Holiday Inn Médica Sur will be carrying out improvements to our facilities in order to offer more comfortable, modern, and functional spaces for all our visitors. Convenient staying for my trip purposes. Maintenaince need to be improved
Pros:

Location and staff is very dedicated and friendly. Breakfast coupons can be improved when traveling with kids.

Cons:

The bathroom was not in the best of cleaning and maintenance. Don’t see the point of a broken phone in the bathroom. A shower not working properly. Lack of cleaning in the shower.

Perfect location for visitors to Hospital Medica Sur. Room spacious and well equipped with comfotable bed.

Cons:

Lack of expected hotel facilities such as its own bar, restaurant and room service (guests have to use the hospital’s restaurants and cafes. Poor room to room noise isolation, shower temperature was not stable and TV was dated with no access to streaming channels such as Netflix.
