Pride Rock Villa & Tree House

The owners are super nice, they gave me travel tips and advice, always made sure I was comfortable, they have lunch and dinner options and the food is absolutely delicious and very fairly priced, I had dinner there every night!
The rooms are clean and comfortable, with AC and mosquito nets, shower is good, they provide towels, and the property has a beautiful and peaceful garden with birds and squirrels. They also have bikes for rental and good contacts for safaris and drivers.
I had a lovely stay and I highly recommend staying with them!

Het was leuk om in een boomhut te slapen in Sigiriya en we fietsten vanaf de accommodatie zo naar de Lion en Pidurangula rock en naar leuke restaurantjes.

dit was een heerlijke ervaring, zo lekker in de natuur en rustig.
heel gezellig en fijn bij locale familie die zeer gastvrij waren.
ontbijt heel uitgebreid, geen gebruik gemaakt van de mogelijkheid van dinner.
ik raad het aan voor de ervaring van rust en gezelligheid, huiselijk gevoel.

Beautiful clean, cool room with my own terrace looking out over the lush well-tended garden. The guesthouse is a very short walk away from the main village, so very peaceful. It is set amongst paddy fields and you can see fireflies at night. The family are so warm and friendly . Meals were delicious, and they arranged a fairly priced tuk tuk ride for my onward journey. Will definitely be back.

Amazing peaceful location where you can see monkeys and peacocks from your room! Lovely owners and bikes for hire at a reasonable price which meant getting around was easy. Just a short walk to the centre/attractions. The jeep safari they organised was also incredible!

We verbleven vier nachten in de boomhut en dit was echt de beste keuze van onze reis! Het wakker worden in de natuur, het prachtige uitzicht, de privacy, het heerlijke ontbijt elke ochtend en ook een keer ‘s avonds heerlijke rice and curry gegeten, het was allemaal echt perfect. De familie is zo lief, ze hebben echt een speciaal plekje in ons hart! Echt de moeite waard als je in Sigiriya bent en een bijzondere slaapplek zoekt!

Quiet location, but in walking distance to the restaurants. We had dinner and it was very tasty. Friendly owners!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful natural surroundings and attentive staff who make you feel like one of the family. They have the best tips on unique and interesting places to visit in the area. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was super clean and very spacious. I felt taken care of during my whole stay and felt truly spoilt with all the care given. Thank you for all of your kindness. If you come here you will likely extend your time.

The people are so lovely and the rooms are really comfortable. The AC was broken when we were there but she gave us two fans and it wasn’t a problem. The location is a bit far out without a mode of transportation but definitely still walkable. Would stay again !

Incredible farm type property. Fruit n flower trees everywhere. The host is amazing. They helped me with tuks tuks and guides for safari n sigiriya. Wifi is decent but the place is so beautiful and green and serene and quiet. Peacocks outside my room in the morning. Rooms are super clean and good beds with mosquito nets. Highly recommend.

The nicest and most amiable host. She cooked amazing breakfasts and dinners, so I was able to sample truly local dishes. The room was very nice and clean, and it was wonderful to sit outside in the garden. It's a wonderful walk into the village, but you can also borrow bikes from the family. I used it as a base for trips to Anurdhapura, Polonnuruwa, and Dambulla. Sigiriya is idyllic and quieter than Dambulla. I really enjoyed my stay at this accommodation and would come back anytime!

スタッフが優しくて、ツアーを提案してくれました。朝早くからトゥクトゥクを運転してくれたり、遠い場所まで乗せてくれました。ツアー会社よりも安い料金です。子どもがかわいいです。朝食の量が丁度よくて、おいしかったです。自然豊かで、蛍や星が綺麗でした。シャワーは温かくて、途中で止まることがありませんでした。扇風機で十分涼しかったです。自転車を借りることができました（有料）。

I had a wonderful stay at Pride Rock in Sigiriya. The hospitality was outstanding – the hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The accommodation itself is beautifully set in nature, making it peaceful and relaxing, yet still comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal felt freshly and thoughtfully prepared.
All my needs were met during my stay, and I truly felt cared for. I would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Sigiriya, and I’d definitely go back again if I could

Fijne plek met een superlieve eigenaresse die graag en heerlijk voor je kookt zodat je de deur niet uit hoeft. Je kunt warm douchen.
'S avonds hoor je de jungle geluiden vanuit de boomhut. Heerlijk.
