Good! The bfast was very western, would have been so much greater if it was local food :D
Pros:

Its close to everything - cafes, main street shopping, lake, etc.

Cons:

It was good but there is no soundproofing :D we were laughing so hard one night, a bit drunk, and we didnt know we could be heard from other floor.

Hôtel 3 étoiles au plus haut, passez votre chemin.
Pros:

Le point fort, c'est l'emplacement et la chambre que nous avions, sans vue, était plutôt silencieuse comme isolée de la rue principale.

Cons:

Nous avons fait 1 nuit, heureusement pas plus. Les photos datent vraisemblablement des débuts de l'hôtel. Vous ouvrez la porte et rentrez dans une forte odeur de moisi et d'humidité qui vous prennent la gorge au point d'ouvrir les fenêtres. La propreté était limite ne nous mettant pas en confiance. Les matelas sont défoncés, on arrive à sentir les ressorts et les déformations.

Cons:

My room was on 7th floor and the elevator was designed to serve only upto 6th floor. So I had to take stairs to reach my room, but the staff helped me with my luggage

Pros:

Расположение хорошее в центре старого города. Отель обеспечил нас транспортом от аэропорта до отеля, за что мы очень благодарны. Персонал любезно подсказал, какие достопримечательности находятся рядом. В номере хорошая шумоизоляция.

Cons:

Завтрак не понравился. Лучше его не брать. Сок прямо при нас разбавляли водой, очень скудный завтрак. Номер маленький, без окон. Вернее окно шириной сантиметров 20 выходит во внутренний колодец, со всех сторон окруженный стенами, в центре колодца протянуты толстые кабели. Номер не проветривается, в нем стоит какой-то неприятный запах.

Great staff and loved breakfast as it made easy for us to start the day.
Pros:

Steps at front to carry suits case for elderly parents who were travelling. But elevator in side of building was helpful.

Good Location
Pros:

The location was good. The beds were comfortable and the staff was nice.

Cons:

The hotel is very dated. The room smelled a little musky (possibly mold), and the furniture was older and very outdated. Pictures are misleading. This hotel could use a fresh coat of paint and an update. It worked for us for one night but wouldn't do longer.

Pros:

The staff are really trying to be helpful

Cons:

The photos vs. real life - it is quite old and needs some updating/maintenance as the photos show that it is a well maintained property. I also didn’t appreciate having to pay more on arrival for using my card. As a first timer to Vietnam, this was very disappointing and considering, we were in constant communication, it could have been mentioned they prefer cash payment because I would have happily paid in cash had I know in advance.
