Nice place in a great location. BYO pillow.

The pillows were terrible. There were no different pillows. They were all the same.
The check in experience was most unusual and long. There was a slight error with my name on the system and the man at the check-in counter made both my husband and I feel very uncomfortable as he awkwardly kept referring to me using the incorrect name.

Pros:

Location is very good. Has public transport nearby too.

Cons:

Maybe only my room, the aircon is not adjustable. It is very cold and the temperature cannot be adjusted, also the aircon cannot be turned off. Even the staff cannot do anything about it.
