Average hotel in a great location - close to everything you need
Pros:

Bed linen was dirty so I requested replacement linen but due to it being after hours, reception was kind enough to move me to another room on the same floor

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was average and it took longer than necessary to be seated every morning

Good environment, bad service.
The hotel has a good location and clean rooms. However, the staff is unhelpful regarding receipts. They’ve been stalling, and I'm still missing some receipts. Avoid booking here if you require an invoice/receipt.

Cons:

The front desk team is in desperate need of retraining.

Great location & Friendlt staff but would like comfier beds
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, buffet breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Beds weren’t that comfortable and were quite small. Hot tub was a bit colder than expected. Also AC in rooms would not turn off.

Great hotel, great location
Pros:

This is our second stay at Voco. The room was clean with good facilities and great view, our room was on the 18th floor. We love the convenience of its location.
5 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes to Cavill Avenue and tram outside the door.
We had the buffet breakfast each morning good variety and a seafood buffet which was wonderful. Dinners also very good in bar area.

Great value for money in a great location
Pros:

I like the location, but also the facilities such as the main bar and two different dining options. You dont have to venture out if you dont want to
