Staff and food were awesome. Easy parking. Rooms are average.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. George was an absolute legend. Food was great and the hotel is in a good location.

Cons:

The shower holder directed the water against the wall.. Room was cold as the heater didn’t work.

Pros:

Excellent location, nice view from the room. The breakfast is good, but could be better.

Cons:

the wifi in the room was out of work, and the staff took a whole day to resolve it, which was a bit longer than expected.

Great value for money.
Pros:

Great breakfast and lovely staff.

Cons:

The beds were a bit small for 4 people.
Wish there were rooms with at least one queen bed at least. We had two double beds but they were a bit small.

Cons:

I did not like the attitude of receptionist. We had a kid with us and she was excited and making sound like wow ya like a kid but he was being sarcastic “like is she alright” I didn’t like his comments and he was also making faces. I was given token or membership for free car parking but when we reach there we need to pay for car parking.

Great location in the centre of Surfers, but quite expensive for what they actually offer as wasn’t very clean and break

Great located, spa, nice view from the room, had a games room that my children enjoyed.

Cons:

The room was very dusty, we all had to take antihistamine as started to sneeze after 5 minutes in the room and our eyes got very itchy. I booked the room through Booking that said that breakfast was included. Despite the room being for 2A and 2C, I was told that breakfast was included only for the adults and not for the kids, so we had to pay extra, it was a small thing but left not a nice feeling as it should have been clearly stated in the booking info. The mattress wasn’t comfortable.
