Iryna at reception was fantastic, helpful and kind. The hotel is exceptional, clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Staff were all nice and courteous
Rooms are very run down, the cupboard to our bathroom vanity was missing and the ma hole in the bathroom looked like it may fall out at any point.
Walls were heavily marked and dinged.
Pool area looked very unkept
Food and the location
Toilet didn't flush properly
Beds were very comfortable
Some area of hotel looking very old and tired and need upgrading - bathrooms on level 1
