We stayed there for 5 nights as a family of 3
What I liked the most was location. Very convenient for public transport. Not very busy and noisy like the heart of surfers paradise while 5mins walk to there so very close but quieter.
Another thing was that the whole hotel smells good. Lobby,pool area,corridors . As a sensitive person to smell I liked it also its clean. Generally good value for money. Breakfast buffet is just ok not the best breakfast I ever had but good. Staff are kind and polite. Also paid washer and dryer was very helpful when you go to a place with lots of water activities around.
What I didn't like was that everything in breakfast buffet was based on pork. Sussages,salami and stuff like that. I didn't see anything based on chicken or beef like a beef sussage or salami.
The other thing I didn't like was that room windows were a bit dirty from outside which can ruin the view. May be I'm a bit sensitive . Generally while indoor is very clean the building facade is not as clean.
The location and the hotel were excellent and handy for public transport and shops.

Perfect location, just a short walk to the centre. The staff were lovely and welcoming throughout our stay. The gym was a nice touch to help offset all the holiday eating. Super comfy bed too—had a great night’s sleep every night.

Not clean in the shower
The staff services were very good. Well trained, friendly, helpful, polite and efficient.
The property is pretty old. Wifi was not working im our room, shower was broken, they had to send someone up at 8pm to fix, other facilities are dated.
Beautiful, modern hotel with great facilities and good value for money. The room was quiet and comfortable, making it easy to have a good night’s sleep.
Parking was a bit inconvenient at first as we were told it was full and given nearby paid options. Thankfully, a kind security staff member helped arrange a spot at the hotel car park, which we really appreciated.
We were happy to pay extra for the laundry and dryer, though there were only a few machines so the wait time could be a bit long.
