2-people room advertised as a 4-people room. The second bed was a kids double bed which barely fitted in the room. The property owners do not care at all and send AI-generated responses without providing any type of assistance. On top of that, they accused us of opening a locked cabinet to get extra higiene kits, when most of the ones they provided were left untouched. Absolute non sense

Pros:

Overall, location was good, walkable to main areas, first couple of streets were not so good. Nice and clean, staff was helpful.

Cons:

A swimming pool would have been a nice bonus. Towel service would have been helpful.

The unit was super clean and very modern
Pros:

They had a nice coffee shop on the ground floor that served up some good breakfast and the staff were so friendly and the amenities were everything I needed

Cons:

Maybe some information in the hotel about the general area of things to do within IT Park and or the general surroundings and also some instructions on how to get the door open which I experienced..

Pros:

プールやジムなどの設備が良かった。窓からの眺めも良かったし値段も安い。近くにITパークがあって立地は良く毎晩食べに出歩けた。

Cons:

2泊したがタオルが交換されないので同じものを使わざるを得なかった。アメニティーの位置がわからなかった。ホテルを出たところは大通りに面しているわけではないので、治安が悪そうな雰囲気

Me and wife enjoyed our time there, but the owner being very friendly is what put it over the top.

The owner was very nice and accommodating, he offered great information and was very responsive if there was an issue. He seems like a very great guy.

Pros:

ITパークに徒歩圏内なのは良かった。近くにコンビニもあり買い物には不自由しませんでした。
プールもあってホテル内でも楽しめました。

Cons:

シャワーの水圧がとにかく弱くて、体を洗うのに不便でした。階層の問題だったのかもしれませんが、プールのシャワーは普通の水圧でした。
