Atendeu às expectativas.
Pros:

COnforto e limpeza muito bons. Paisagem da localização fantástica.

Cons:

Tive dificuldade em encontrar senha de assesso e login do wifi. Acabei não usando.

Ótima localização. Muitas deficiências no imóvel.
Pros:

Localizado ao lado do Crntro de Convenções Rio Centro. Dá para ir a pé.

Cons:

Faltou sabonete no banheiro. Pela proposta do apartamento faltou micro-ondas. Falou uma simples colcha. Por ser um prédio de uso misto, os funcionários têm pouco interesse nos hóspedes.
