ME FIZERAM DORMIR NA RUA

NÃO GOSTEI DE NADA.

Não vou dar NOTA ZERO porque não tem essa opção , mas 01 é muito pelo que vivi. DECEPÇÃO TOTAL. Não me enviaram nenhuma instrução sobre o checkin, que era com senha. Não tinha ninguém pra me receber. Não respondiam as mensagens da plataforma. Não atendiam o telefone. Fiquei na rua com meu filho (um adolescente) até às 22h. A plataforma prometeu me realocar, mas não fez isso. Fiquei largado pra dormir na rua. Não encontrei vaga em nenhum hotel da cidade. Consegui apenas uma pousada, onde tive meu carro furtado. Decepcionante, frustrante. Sou anfitrião em outra plataforma, e jamais daria esse tipo de tratamento aos meus hóspedes. NUNCA mais utilizarei essa plataforma porque são muito irresponsáveis: me prometeram que eu não ficaria na rua, e me largaram a dormir na rua com meu filho.
