موقع الفندق ممتاز قريب من الشاطئ الموظفين متعاونين بحيث ان سياسة الفندق يكون check in في الساعه 3pm وانا كنت قبل ذلك بساعتين وتم استقبالي واعطائي غرفه
انا حجزت شقه مع private swimming pool وتم اعطائي شقه في الطابق السفلي ولا توجد اي خصوصيه للحوض في الطابق السفلي بحيث ان عماال الفندق وغيرهم من المارين بجانب الغرفه بامكانهم رؤية من في حوض السباحه
Dejlig, rummelig lejlighed og egen pool med udsigt til vandet. Rolige omgivelser ved morgenmaden selvom restauranten var lille. Virkelig søde personale som gjorde deres for at vores ophold var behageligt og godt.
Hotellet er slidt og ikke særlig vedligeholdt. Spa i poolen virkede ikke. Aircondition larmede utrolig meget. Generelt var der vanvittig meget larm i bygningen fra diverse anlæg samt fra naboer.
For at komme til og fra hotellet skal man gå kort på en meget trafikeret vej. Stranden tæt på hotellet kan ikke altid anvendes til at bade ved og man må derfor gå langt for at komme til sikker badestrand og liggestole. Langt på gåben til handlemuligheder

الشقة جدا واسعة ومهيئة بكل شي تحتاجه - وجود 3 تلفزيونات ذكية في الشقة وهالشي مهم للأطفال - التكييف جيد - الموقع حلو دقيقتين مشي من شاطىء كامالا وكذلك قريب جدا من فانتاسي وماجيك كارنيفال
الخدمة مش ولا بد
البركة نسبة الكلور فيها جدا عالية لدرجة ان الملابس اللي سبحنا فيها كلها تغيرت ألوانها واضطريتنا نرميها
بشكل عام تجربة جيدة اذا كنت ما تفضل تسكن في منتجع
Great place for families with childrens and for two couples want some good privacy because each room got it own pool.

2 of the rooms and top floor had hotel key card lock system. Didn’t feel safe as sometimes didn’t work, we kept doors open
Pool upstairs has buttons for jacuzzi/bubbles but didn’t work - manual showed remote but couldn’t find
Didn’t fulfil our 10% booking.com food and drinks discount when we checked out (didn’t show voucher per meal, didn’t realise it wasn’t automatic at the end. Never had this issue in other (bigger) hotels, so something to look out for)
Would appreciate anti mosquito stuff.
Coffee machine not calibrated correctly
Walk to beach bit unsettling (but very short walk)
Very hard to control aircon to a comfortable state (may be user issue, although we don’t have issues at other hotels)
لم يعجبني شي فيه واخذ مبلغ الافطار مره اخرى علما انني قمت بدفعه هنا وقالو رسوم خدمه والمكيفات لاتعمل في النهار في الاسياب وهنالك ريحة كريهه في الاصنصير ولايوجد به تهوية المسبح الخاص كله صداء بالكامل سوى الدرج او سطح المسبح
تكيف لديهم والروائح الكريهه واعمال الصيانه وخدماتهم والمسبح

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with plunge pool, lots of space and pool was a nice touch
