Food quality was good

Cons:

The amenities were not at all good.. We had to change room for the same.. The kitchen was far away from the location. The free breakfast served was not good at all.. Plus there was no options for breakfast

Pros:

Location and ambience were good.
Behaviour of owner Mr. Doshi and caretaker Shrikant was very nice.

Cons:

Asking payment for stay on previous day, while my booking was for payment at the time of check in. Although Mr. Doshi was very cooperative.

Nothing about it was pleasant

Cons:

The place was not well kept. It was in absolute shambles. I was travelling with my baby and had to wait for more than 45 mins at the check in office which majority of the time we were made to sit without a fan in the blistering heat.
Post that we were taken to our room that we had booked. The room was smelling foul. There were white ants everywhere, walls were damp, and for 4 adults there was 1 queen size bed and 1 fouton given which wasn't part of the room we booked as we required more beds
None of the rooms.lived upto the standard or were as shown on the pictures.
At 3 in the afternoon my patience had worn out and we chose to vacate the property.
Also please note on booking.com it says no prepayment is required however the night before I got a call fromt he property asking me to pay half the monies or Rs 2000 in advance to confirm the booking. I paid them the 2000 advance of which they have not refunded my money back to me.
This is absolutely not acceptable.
