A unique experience
Pros:

Fantastic place, with unforgettable atmosphere. Amazingly welcoming owners, that makes your stay feel like more like a visiting best friends, rather than a hotel stay. We're definitely buying their unique idea of hotel as a social place.

Cons:

Due to what the building originally was, the bathrooms are shared between a few rooms. It's not really a minus though, just a thing to be aware of.
