La qualité des chambres et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Très mal situé loin de tout
Pas adapté pour les personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité ( même si les voiturettes sont présentes)

Pros:

Essen war hervorragend, riesiges Buffet beim Frühstück. Zimmer mit Infinity Pool hatte tolle Aussicht, alles war so luxuriös wie angekündigt.

Cons:

Der Strand am Hotel und weiterhin zum Wald war ungepflegt und sehr verschmutzt, nichts, wo man sich gerne aufhalten würde. Es gab dort auch einen Getränke-Stand am Ende der Sackgasse, aber überall lag Müll rum, sehr schade

Cosy Hotel with great food options - a bit far from beaches though
Pros:

Very diverse breakfast with lots of options both for intercontinental as well as Asian food.
The rooms were large and clean. Staff is very friendly and attentive.
Spa options are pretty good as well.
The food from the restaurant Sai Bistro & Bar was very good (went there pretty much every day either for lunch or dinner).

Cons:

The air conditioning is a bit noisy even on the lowest fan setting.
The balcony door was a bit difficult to close properly and even when closed there were still some gaps.
It would have been nice if the area around the hotel was a bit more maintained. There wasn't much to do outside of the hotel premises.
Getting anywhere from the hotel takes quite long (about 1h by taxi to reach any of the beaches on the western side of Phuket)

Fantastic

Fabulous room and breakfast. Food was amazing and the view from the hilltop bar was fantastic.
