Please note that the 7 Seven Spa is open from 9:30 am to 20:30. Please also note that access to the spa has an extra cost.

Children from 6 to 16 years old are allowed only up to 11:00. After this time, only guests over 16 years old are allowed.

Upon check -in, guests must present a valid photo ID and a credit card.

Nice stay with same relevant frustrations
Pros:

Breakfast and staff

Cons:

Very difficult for someone in a wheelchair or with a baby stroller to go from apartment to breakfast or indoor pool area in the hotel. This is unacceptable for a five star hotel.

Não recomendo e não volto a hospedar.
Pros:

Péssimo. Um hotel que na verdade são apartamentos, a cama de casal era impossível de dormir de tão desconfortável pois não tinha molas e não fizeram qualquer esforço para trocar. Relação preço-qualidade para se ter o titulo de 5 estrelas totalmente desajustado à realidade. Não recomendamos.

A minha experiência nesta estadia ficou aquém das expectativas
Pros:

Acesso às comodidades do Hotel Hilton, tais como o Kids Club e o pequeno-almoço, que é muito bom e com funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis.

Cons:

Relativamente ao apartamento, embora seja espaçoso, está longe de corresponder a um padrão de 5 estrelas. Na minha opinião, a classificação encontra-se inflacionada, muito provavelmente por associação à marca Hilton, mas o espaço em si não justifica essa expectativa.

Existem ainda detalhes que comprometem a experiência: o secador de cabelo disponível no WC tem uma ficha americana, tornando-o pouco prático ou até inutilizável sem adaptador. Além disso, a presença de extensões elétricas espalhadas pelos corredores de acesso aos apartamentos, levanta questões quanto à organização e ao nível de qualidade esperado num empreendimento desta categoria.

Em suma, apesar de alguns pontos positivos, como o acesso às comodidades do Hotel Hilton e essas sim são muito boas, considero que há vários aspetos a melhorar no Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa.

Por fim, relativamente ao atendimento na recepção, a abordagem do Sr. Alexandre não foi a mais adequada, tendo sido pouco cordial e algo arrogante ao referir que o horário de check-out (10h) estava “visível em todo o lado”. Ainda assim, considero esse horário desajustado, sobretudo quando o check-in apenas é permitido a partir das 16h. Tratando-se de uma estadia paga à diária, esta discrepância parece-me pouco razoável e desproporcional.
