Hotel Apple Villa - New Delhi

Verstehe nicht, woher die guten Bewertungen kamen. Wir haben uns nach einer Nacht ein neues Hotel gesucht!!!

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel leggendo le recensioni positive, ma si è rivelato un incubo. Appena arrivati ci hanno detto che l’hotel era al completo e che saremmo stati spostati in un altro hotel lì accanto, addirittura nuovo. Peccato che questo secondo hotel era terribile, sporco, con un odore indescrivibile e persino a un prezzo molto inferiore rispetto a quello che avevamo pagato. Dopo diverse lamentele, ci hanno finalmente spostati nell’hotel che avevamo prenotato.
La camera in sé era accettabile, ma il bagno un incubo: acqua fredda, asciugamani sporchi e anche le lenzuola non erano pulite. Per fortuna dovevamo rimanere solo poche ore prima di andare in aeroporto, ma l’esperienza è stata pessima e ci ha fatto perdere moltissimo tempo.

It was not clean, especially the washroom. No shower curtain and not well designed shower means flooding the washroom every time. Hanger for towels completely dusty and dirty. No paper toilet in the room until you ask. If you pay card you pay the 5% (?) for the bank transaction, common issue here around. It is strange how such a place can have this review score.

People who rated >2 stars must have been paid otherwise I can't explain it.
Normally I never leave a negative review but I hope that this will help all the people that searching for the next stay in Delhi.

1) this hotel is in one of the worst part of Delhi, where the smell, noise, people screaming, cows mooing at night it's regular
2) bedsheets had stains, I found hairs, I only hope there weren't any bedbugs..I wouldn't be surprised in case..
3) the bathroom was not clean, and no amenities were given, toilet paper was missing for example
4) although I paid for the breakfast, they only had one dish out of the entire list they show. Either you eat that or you don't have breakfast, unbelievable
5) they haven't cleaned the room at all the day after
6) in the morning the water in the bathroom wasn't working..I couldn't flush 😫


This is not how a 3 star hotel should be, or at least this is not a 3 star European standard hotel. And I paid more than 40€ a night which is quite a lot for being in Delhi
I wouldn't suggest to go although the receptionist we're all kind, which is maybe the only reason why they deserve 1/5 and not 0.
