Quiet, comfortable, relaxing, and no one bothers me during my stay. Convenient vacation solo time.
Pros:

I liked the convenient walk to everywhere near the station. Everything is within walking distance. There are lots of tourist spots in the neighborhood and in towns nearby. A lot of restaurants to choose from based on my preferences and mood.

The house is quite new and comfortable. Sheets and towels are clean. The bedding is clean. I enjoyed staying here. The landlord is more than polite and friendly. They helped me with friendly messages and were very considerate in all aspects.

Cons:

Not much. I like the pitch-black nighttime because I live in the city and came to Chiba to avoid light pollution and air pollution. It can get cold at night, but it is winter, and the landlord was considerate to turn on the heat before I arrived.

駅から近く、周りに飲食店やスーパーがあり便利。
お風呂が大きくてリラックスできました。

普通の一軒家の和室を借りられる駅近で快適な滞在でした。
Pros:

キッチンに炊飯器や鍋など調理器具があり、自炊ができました。
お風呂は自動お湯はり機能もあり、実家のような感覚で入ることができました。
タオルも用意されていてとても助かりました。
駅にとても近いし、コンビニやダイソーなどのお店もあるので便利でした。

Cons:

隣の部屋との境がふすま一枚なので声や音が全てよく聞こえました。私もうるさくしないようにとても気を遣ってしまい、彼らが寝たようなので同じ時間に寝ることにしました。
キッチンにハサミがあるともっと良かったです。
部屋にはエアコンがありますが、キッチンにはないのでとても寒かったです。
ちょうど寒波が来ていたので寒く、毛布が一枚欲しかったです。

Cons:

チェックインしたら、指定された部屋を他の宿泊者が利用していた。なぜこの部屋を使用しているのか聞いたところ、宿にいたスタッフから、この部屋を使用して良いと言われたとの事。
人数的にも空いてる部屋では狭かったのと、予約時の指定された部屋だったので、移動してもらった。
まだ起きていたから、対応してもらえたものの、もし就寝していたら、対応されず、予約してない部屋を利用する事になったかもしれない。

Pros:

畳の部屋でゆっくり足を伸ばせて寝られました。キッチンと風呂・トイレは共用でしたが、私以外泊まっていない日もあり伸び伸び使わせてもらえました。
洗濯機と衣服用洗剤もあり、ハンガーも使わせてもらいました。冬の太平洋側だったこともありすぐに乾きました。
食器用洗剤もあり水筒を洗うことができて良かったです。
立地もよく、駅から徒歩ですぐに行くことができました。事前に写真付きで道案内をいただいていたので迷うこともありませんでした。近くにイオンがあるのでお惣菜などを買って食べることもできます。紙コップと箸はありましたが、他はちょっと覚えていません…。炊飯器と電子レンジ、冷蔵庫はあるので簡単な冷凍食品などは食べられそうです。
また、スタッフの方には丁寧に対応していただき、疑問点があってもすぐに対応していただきました。

Cons:

廊下やキッチン、脱衣所の暖房が見当たりませんでした。部屋にはエアコンがあるのですが…。
また、襖に南京錠をつけたような鍵なので気になる方はご注意をください。私の場合はそもそも他の人がいなかったので気になりませんでしたが。

Great place for a short stay with prompt communications w/ host
Pros:

Very central to the train stations, quite literally, a 2 minute walk away.

Cons:

You can hear noises from the other room at night, but I think this is the nature of the home constructions.

着いたら、冷房が効いてて良かったです😄
あと、布団も清潔感が良かったです。

Cons:

その日は、外の方が涼しく中がとても暑かったので冷房が効いていないところの窓をあけて良かったか確認しとけば良かったな…。虫の侵入があるかもなので、自分で開けたら自分で閉めるがもちろんあるのですが。

あと、荷物があったので😅💦次回は1階の部屋を選べるならリクエストしようと反省しました。
