Pros:

Very tradicional Japanese style house with the pros from the future, air conditioning and automatic toilet and bathtub, very cozy.

Cons:

The only point to be careful is that is a house and you rent a room, and because is traditional tatami the walls are very thin. About security is okay the rooms have a padlock.

Great value place for solo travelers!
Pros:

I liked the location and how close it was to the Metro. Room was small, but just when I needed for one person.
Great value and would recommend!

Cons:

The location for the address on Google Maps took me to the next street over. Once I found the right building everything was great!

Best value for money
Pros:

It was clean, the owner was very nice, check in process was comfortable , she also gave very detailed photos and instructions to reach the place from the nearest station which is 5 mins away

It's a bit far from the city

Cons:

El anuncio es una mentira. Te dicen que la reserva es de un chalet de una habitación y en ningún momento deja claro si es compartido o privado.
Te mienten y solo te dan la habitación. Debes compartir el resto del chalet con más personas. Encima la llave es común para todos y las puertas no tienen cerrojo.

Pros:

Der flexible Check in verlief dank der genauen Beschreibung reibungslos. Auch so war der Vermieter schriftlich gut erreichbar. Es war sehr sauber und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten.
Gleich in der Nähe ist ein Fahrradverleih und ein Supermarkt.

Quiet, comfortable, relaxing, and no one bothers me during my stay. Convenient vacation solo time.
Pros:

I liked the convenient walk to everywhere near the station. Everything is within walking distance. There are lots of tourist spots in the neighborhood and in towns nearby. A lot of restaurants to choose from based on my preferences and mood.

The house is quite new and comfortable. Sheets and towels are clean. The bedding is clean. I enjoyed staying here. The landlord is more than polite and friendly. They helped me with friendly messages and were very considerate in all aspects.

Cons:

Not much. I like the pitch-black nighttime because I live in the city and came to Chiba to avoid light pollution and air pollution. It can get cold at night, but it is winter, and the landlord was considerate to turn on the heat before I arrived.

普通の一軒家の和室を借りられる駅近で快適な滞在でした。
Pros:

キッチンに炊飯器や鍋など調理器具があり、自炊ができました。
お風呂は自動お湯はり機能もあり、実家のような感覚で入ることができました。
タオルも用意されていてとても助かりました。
駅にとても近いし、コンビニやダイソーなどのお店もあるので便利でした。

Cons:

隣の部屋との境がふすま一枚なので声や音が全てよく聞こえました。私もうるさくしないようにとても気を遣ってしまい、彼らが寝たようなので同じ時間に寝ることにしました。
キッチンにハサミがあるともっと良かったです。
部屋にはエアコンがありますが、キッチンにはないのでとても寒かったです。
ちょうど寒波が来ていたので寒く、毛布が一枚欲しかったです。

Cons:

チェックインしたら、指定された部屋を他の宿泊者が利用していた。なぜこの部屋を使用しているのか聞いたところ、宿にいたスタッフから、この部屋を使用して良いと言われたとの事。
人数的にも空いてる部屋では狭かったのと、予約時の指定された部屋だったので、移動してもらった。
まだ起きていたから、対応してもらえたものの、もし就寝していたら、対応されず、予約してない部屋を利用する事になったかもしれない。
