Pros:

The apartment is centrally located, the old town, train station are within 15 minutes walking range. The room and bathroom were both clean. The host is very helpful, she always replied to my messages within seconds. We arrived very early in the morning and we could drop off our bags and take a shower in the common bathroom which was great too.

Pros:

The perfect place to stay in Hanoi! A great location just outside the busiest part of the city. The room is fantastic with a lovely bathroom and a great shower. There is a washing machine for use and a rooftop. Highly recommend a stay here!

Hôte réactif par WhatsApp au besoin

Pros:

Nos dejaron 2 botellas de agua y una bolsa de patatas, cosa que se agradeció.
Para una estancia de paso, está muy bien.

Cons:

Cuando subía y bajaba el ascensor se oía mucho y había mucha luz.

La localisation, les explications de l’hôte lors de notre arrivé, le confort du lit

Cons:

- La propreté : chambre poussiéreuse dans pas mal d’endroits, calcaires dans la salle de bain
- Le matin de notre départ, il y’avait énormément de bruit dans la cage d’escalier et la dame qui s’occupe du ménage est arrivé par l’entrée de notre chambre (entrée par un ascenseur) avant le check out prévu à 12h00 ce qui était assez gênant

Pros:

Amazing location, right next to train street, short walk into the old town, and surrounded by great cafes. Annie (the host) was so lovely and helpful throughout our stay

supernette Vermieterin, die schnell erreichbar ist und viele zusätzliche Dinge wie Sim-Karten, Touren organisieren kann (auch wenn wir sie nie persönlich gesehen haben), gemütliche Unterkunft mit relativ neu eingerichteten Zimmern, ruhige Lage (dank Hinterhof) und tolle zentrale Lage direkt an der Trainstreet und 10 min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, Gemeinschaftsküche mit Waschmaschine

etwas eng, wenn man mit Koffern anreist, Bad etwas abgewohnt, Bett eher hart

27/8 nhận phòng nhưng chiều 26 mới đặt thấy phòng rẻ nên đặt chứ không có mong đợi nhiều nhưng chị chủ rất nhiệt tình, đáp ứng hết mọi yêu cầu của mình giá phòng lại rẻ hơn xung quanh còn gần chỗ duyệt binh. Tiện nghi đầy đủ sạch sẽ. Hơn cả mong đợi

麻雀雖小五臟俱全，冷氣熱水電梯，附近吃喝方便。
Pros:

就在火車鐵道旁邊，樓下非常熱鬧有很多吃的，糖水甜品跟火鍋水果應有盡有，房間很小，也在一個很特別的地方，但有電梯，還提供免費洗衣烘衣，主人很好溝通也很樂於提供資訊，房間裡面什麼都有，還免費提供Netflix，我覺得很棒！

Cons:

唯一可以挑梯的是位置，在老城區的邊緣。
