Pros:

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue muy positiva. El lugar nos encantó: destacamos especialmente el diseño, la arquitectura y la ubicación, que hacen del hotel un espacio realmente agradable y con mucho encanto.

Cons:

La experiencia durante el check-in fue algo extraña y desorganizada. Al llegar no nos entregaron las pulseras de ingreso ni las toallas, y la explicación sobre el funcionamiento del hotel fue bastante incompleta. Incluso al ingresar a la habitación notamos que la cama no tenía sábanas. Durante la estadía, cada vez que solicitábamos algo adicional, el tiempo de espera para recibirlo era largo.

Nos gustaría destacar especialmente la atención de Tomás, de recepción, quien fue la única persona que nos brindó un trato realmente excelente y resolutivo. Su amabilidad y predisposición marcaron una gran diferencia en nuestra experiencia.

A great place but needs more attention to finish and detail at this level
Pros:

Beautifully designed, stylish, new, comfortable and private.
Private mini-pool and coutyard. Private Rooftop lounge/barbecue area. Beautiful grounds built into the forest. Communal pools on 2 sites. Gym. Spectacular design of all the grounds, walkways and buildings . Friendly, helpful staff: sourcing and ice pack late at night for a sprained ankle, and needle and thread for a sewing repair. Bikes available for hire at a very reasonable cost. Well situated and an easy bike ride between Tulum beach and Town. Much nicer site than the beach front area which is noisy and busy. Our site (Siwa Élevé Unique) was beautifully quiet.

Cons:

The other side: Siwa Tulum Unique (with the restaurant) has more noise with music at the restaurant and also an unpleasant odour like sewage as you walk in each day.
The included breakfast is a bit meagre: no eggs or hot option without paying extra. The extras options and dinner menu are well executed but expensive. The main problem though: fittings in our room were not properly checked. The washing machine was not plumbed in correctly and flooded the room and its electric supply was dubious: once switching it on made the lights in the room flicker on and off, sometimes the machine flashed up a warning code that the supply was fluctuating. I had informed them that we were staying there for a birthday present and although they wished us a happy birthday, there was no other gesture made.

The best resort we ever stayed in
Pros:

We had absolutely amazing time in Siwa. When we first arrive through the mysterious entrance, the resost took our breath away. The villas are absolutely stunning and you will feel like you live inside an Instagram post. Our room was always spotless clean and cleaning staff spent everyday at least an hour making sure everything is perfect.
Breakfast and all the meals we had in the restaurant were amazing, Michelin star quality for reasonable prices!
And last but not least I have to mention some of Siwa staff, who were amazing and because of them we always felt welcome and our stay felt like home. Thank you Mara - for everyday chat, Ro - for your hospitality and smile, George - for teaching us Spanish and all the jokes we shared and to Daniel - the best mixologist we ever experienced - your drinks were like from other planet - absolutely stunning and delicious!
Thank you Siwa for being our home for two weeks!

Fun jungle stay
Pros:

Staff were really helpful as I made a mistake on my booking which they rectified the food is incredible and the space is huge

Séjour très bien dans sa globalité, bon rapport qualité prix et personnel sympathique
Pros:

Établissement très beau, mais manque peut-être un peu d’entretien en extérieur,c’est dommage.
Chambre superbe, très spacieuse et confortable.

Très bel hôtel, mais le petit-déjeuner est à revoir

L’hôtel était très propre, et la villa était juste au-delà de nos attentes : spacieuse, très bien décorée et bien équipée. L’ambiance au sein de l’hôtel était très agréable,.

Cons:

Le choix au petit-déjeuner était très limité, pour nous obliger à acheter leurs formules du menu. Il n’y avait que des céréales, quelques petites viennoiseries et quelques fruits. Aucun pain, ni œufs, ni boissons, à part du café noir, sans aucun goût. Nous devions donc également acheter nos boissons (café crème, thé ou autres). Même pour les enfants, nous avons dû demander du lait, qui était servi uniquement sur demande pour le verser sur les céréales. Vaut mieux ne pas mentionner petit dej inclus.

Super lokalizacja, pięknie zadbana przyroda i ogród.

Cons:

Fatalna obsługa, oskarżono nas o zniszczenie klimatyzacji mimo że cieknąca klimatyzacja zniszczyła nam kurtkę. Na każdym kroku próby wyciągnięcia kasy (np za sniadanie). Codziennie obsługa była proszona o dostarczenie środków czystości, wymieniali 3 ręczniki zostawiali 2. Codziennie brakowało też ciepłej wody.

Hotellialue on todella kaunis ja huoneet ovat todella tilavia. Plussaa myös pesukone ja keittiövälineet. Huoneissa oli kaksi ilmastointilaitetta ja isot televisiot, joten huoneessakin viihtyi. Tarjoiluhenkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Cons:

Hotellihuoneissa oli todella voimakas haju suitsukkeesta ja kun pyysimme, ettei sitä laitettaisi enää huoneeseen siivouksen yhteydessä, laitettiin sitä silti. Myös aamupala kuului hotellin mukaan hintaan, mutta sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä tarjottiin upgradea aamupalalle, joka sitten maksoi ekstraa, että sai kunnon aamiaisen, myös mehusta piti maksaa erikseen. Yövyimme aiemmin vastaavan tason hotellissa Tulumissa eikä tällaista käytäntöä ollut. Lisäksi, pyysimme ekstrapeittoa huoneeseen ja lopulta odotimme sitä kolme päivää ja jouduimme pyytämään sitä erikseen kahdeksan kertaa. Kun uloskirjautumisen yhteydessä sanoimme, että haluaisimme antaa palautetta, pyydettiin se kirjoittamaan paperille, eli henkilökunta ei ollut kovin kiinnostunut kuulemaan, että oliko asiakas oikeasti viihtynyt.
