Excelente atención personal
Very nice staff. Good service. Rooms are fine. Very clean.
Great location, lots of little extras, terrific staff, good room
Room and bathroom were clean. Staff was friendly. Wifi was OK but not great. It was pretty quiet during the night time so we could sleep well. The location was great, just two blocks from the main market (where you can eat great Tacos!). Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. We could park our rental car on site, which was nice. If you want to go to Santiago Apoala, which is highly recommended, make sure to take the route via San Miguel Chicahua as it's paved until the end.
The bathroom floor was continually wet, so I'm not sure if there was a small water leakage somewhere. This was better on the second day so maybe they fixed it a bit.
Lovely location, easy walk to the Mercardo. Great to have a safe locked parking lot as well. Hotel staff very friendly and available, and the beds were comfortable. Great breakfast place next door and a good panaderia around the corner.
Bit of a bummer to not have a real table or area to hang out as a group since we were travelling as a family, a lounge area or kitchen or table area might be nice, but if you were just travelling as a group of two, it's perfectly lovely. Also, FYI the street noise is very loud in the front rooms. Can overcome it with ear plugs, but if a light sleeper, would request rooms away from the street.
The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. They were incredibly patient with our very basic Spanish and need to change our reservation. They were also happy to provide helpful recommendations about restaurants close by.
No breakfast or coffee/tea was included and none seemed available close to the hotel early in the morning.
