When I reached at the hotel I showed them my booking confirmation, but they straight away refused to give me my booked room, I asked them how can you cancel booking without informing and lease out my room to someone else, they said that other guest have come before you thats why we have leased out, this practice is not acceptable I travelled more than 500 km on this confirmation, but they misbehaved with and gave me a suggestion to given complaint anywhere i wish to. Please take strong action against them
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful guest house in Katagla. The rooms were cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed to provide comfort while blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset.The food served was delicious, with a perfect balance of local flavors and homestyle cooking. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The guest house is ideally located for exploring the beauty of Katagla. Whether you're looking for tranquil riverside walks, adventurous treks, or simply some peace time. I can't recommend this guest house enough! It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or groups looking to disconnect from the chaos of city life and reconnect with nature. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
Location and rooms are very comfortable and the service is must worth it. Food is also delicious. Must recommend to all.
