Un hôtel à l'abandon, poignet de fenêtre cassée, porte de la salle de bain cassée, pas d'eau en bouteille dans la chambre.
Personne à la réception, il faut aller voir à l'hôtel voisin, qui doit appartenir au même propriétaire.
Comme pour le petit déjeuner.
Et en allant au dernier étage pour faire un billard, on a vu un gros rat dans le local de stockage du linge...

De eigenaar/manager? spreekt erg goed Engels en heeft voor ons een leuke boottocht geregeld. Omdat onze bus die dag al om 16.30 uur naar Hanoi vertrok heeft hij geregeld ( tegen kleine betaling) dat we met speedboot eerder van de tocht terug naar het hotel konden.
Kamer was prima voor het lage bedrag wat je betaalt. Rustig, goede bedden en schoon

Cons:

Eigenlijk viel niets tegen
Alleen bleef de badkamervloer erg nat maar met een badmat bij de douchedeur kon je toch met droge voeten je bed in.

Nothing went well. Issues from start. Staff polite but not really interested in helping.

Cons:

Cold temperatures , no heat as advertised, no tv cable as advertised, breakfast found rubber band in food, Waited 20 mins for check in because no one there. Their mountain view claim was merely the cliff outside window. No idea if ac work but based on other bs advertising i assume the worst. Finally, they brought in tv from another hotel just had ytube. said that no one had cable anymore. Freezing cold and they suggested just use another blanket. I guess that was their 24 hr answer to resolve issue. We left found another great hotel with heat and clean 100 yards away. This place just don't care but can smile as they take your money based on false booking information. I will never stay at place that lies. Just be open with what they have and so much easier. and always better to pay with credit card 35 THEN PAY ATM 7-9% CHARGE.

We spent here 2 days, the stay was really good. Our room was quite fresh, and clean, we liked it. The hotel is nearby all the restaurants and close to the beaches, but during the night it was comfortable and silent to sleep. We enjoyed pur stay.
The staff was really helpfull and friendly. They offer cruises from Panorama travel agency in a good price, motorbike is just a matter of seconds:). Really recommend the hotel when staying here. Also note that currently there is a construction site near the shore, here You don't see it and also do not hear it

Pros:

The owners helped managed to obtain bus tickets from Hanoi and to Ninh Binh. They also booked a boat trip to Lanha bay. All were for very good prices comparing with offers we saw in both Cat Ba and Hanoi. The breakfest was okay. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The location was also good.

We were very satisfied with our stay
Pros:

Conveniently located and easy to access, this hotel made our trip much more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us book tours at great value. Breakfast was noticeably better than at many places, offering freshly prepared eggs, pancakes, and a variety of fruits.
