Do Not Book Family Rooms with young kids!
Pros:

The main thing that’s good is the location, being so close to the lifts is great. However, the food was okish, the beds were ok, and the room was ok. Nothing to shout about.

Cons:

We booked a family room, which turned out to be two connected rooms that were above the bar. For our first 3 nights live music started playing at 9.45ish going on till very late, every night VERY loudly. We were told a different reason/lie (not music from the hotel - it was, only a special one off - it wasn’t, would finish in 30 mins - it didn’t) every night. Eventually after much discussions we were moved across to the other side of the hotel, not connecting rooms but no noise. Apparently family joined rooms are only built above the bar - which is a bad layout design. Once we had moved we were happier. I don’t normally complain in hotels but the frustration of being told different things 3 nights in a row, when actually the bar had live music planned every night was horrendous. The sound proofing is clearly something that needs fixing. I know we weren’t the only ones to complain while we were there, and reading other reviews this has been an issue for years. Also the pool was very cold!

Great hotel for family ski holiday
Pros:

Great food, efficient service, great location. Spa and pool were lovely and easy to book. The games room was brilliant for the kids and the bar was a relaxing space.

Cons:

The lifts felt quite old and in need of maintenance.
