hot water was bot working, people was making much noise just walking about, couldn't fall asleep

Pros:

My designated room had not been cleaned. The second room that I was allocated was also not ready. The room got very cold in the middle of the night with no clear heating instructions. The place has a lot of potential if people take getting the rooms ready for the next client more seriously.

Nightmare management - Never again!
Pros:

Check in was 16:00, I arrived at 15:45 and the room was not ready. Called the number and left messages. No reply. Booking.com called the property and they did not receive a reply. Eventually left for a pre-arranged zoom call at 17:00 and the room had still not been attended to and no call from the property. Had to book another hotel and do my zoom call from the reception there. It took more than a week of complaining to get a refund with no reasoning nor apology from the property!

Everything was good but could’ve done with a fan of some kind.
Pros:

Everything else was perfect. Keys were easily accessible. Bed was comfortable. Decent size room and had all the necessary amenities.

Cons:

It was really hot and the stairs weren’t convenient. The walls were really thin could hear everything in the hallway. Also if you leave your windows open it was really noisy.
