Pros:

The room felt dirty. The beds felt dirty. I felt like dirt on the top comforter. The mini blinds were broken and the window had dead bugs on it. The shower had a dead bug in the tub. There was a puddle of water from the rain, I assume. The flooring has a part near the tv that would lift up. Floor felt unclean.
The front desk lady was nice. The road to get to the hotel is dirt and I don't recommend cars drive it, especially in the rain. Lots of mud and puddles. No breakfast offered, but it does have a kitchenette and sizable fridge and table for 3. If it had been cleaner and had attention to some fixing up in some areas, like the shower and the flooring, even the blinds, this wouldn't of been a bad stay.

I really enjoyed the stay definitely will recommend

I like the location a quite nice place, very satisfy with the room size

Cons:

Maybe need to clean a little bit more, didn’t like the smell when you first walked in it wasn’t bad but I would of like to smell something better

Cats everywhere, not clean, lights not working, shower flooded bathroom and main room. Obvious signs of water damage that has not been addressed. Broken blinds. No Wifi whatsoever.

The managers there are amazing at meeting your needs and goin out of their way to help you… the price is the best around and the rooms are awesome. I have stayed at another place in this town and won’t go anywhere else now that I have stayed here! Don’t go anywhere else when staying in Big Lake but leave me a queen cabin lol

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything the room price laundry mat it was all exceptional
