كان من المفترض تقديم ضيافة للحاجزين من موقع Booking ولكن لم يتم تقديم الخدمة رغم التنويه أكثر من ثلاث مرات.
Pros:

الفندق يعتبر الأقرب على الإطلاق للمسجد الحرام وأداء العمرة
تم عمل late checkout للساعة 2 مساءا بدون رسوم إضافية

Cons:

جودة الخدمات بشكل عام متواضعة مقارنة بفنادق الصف الأول والثانى
الغرفة كانت مطلة على المنور

اقامه مريحه
Pros:

-قريب من الحرم
-الجناح شرح وواسع
-الاصنصير يوصل بسرعه مايحتاج تنتظر كثير
-الدخول المبكر وتعاون الاستقبال
-الافطار كويس بس يحتاج تنوع اكثر و المكان يحتاج ترتيب اكثر

-خدمه الغرف بطيئه وفيه ايام ماتتنظف الغرفه
-يوم ما طفى علينا نور الحمام لكن الصيانه كانت سريعه
-الاثاث قديم جداً والخشب متآكل بس محافظين على نظافته
-الفطور اول يومين كان اغلبه مقالي برجر وناقت وبطاطس ماينفع لاصحاب القولون يحتاج تنوع اكثر
-السرير مرتفع جدا يحتاج سلم

ولا شي ازعاج وليس مريح ك سكن لا اصحاب المحلات يخلوك بحالك ولا الفندق موقه حلو وزحمه لحد ماتوصل للفندق واستاجرت فندق مسافه 7كيلو خمس نجوم وسعر مناسب وخدمه توصيل باص وهذا الفندق مبالغ فيها سعر ليله ليس ف حقها حده 200ريال سعودي غير كذا مايستاهل مبالغ ف سعر وانصح الي يبا يجلس ف الحرم ويتعبد وكل وقته ف عباده ياخذ فندق هون عنه

Manque de sérieux dans l'engagement du responsable

La propreté et l'emplacement

Le manque de sérieux par le directeur de la réception qui nous a promis exceptionnellement d'avoir un petit déjeuner avant notre sortie de l'hôtel
Mais rien n'a été fais aucune réponse de la réception
Très dessus et surtout quitter l'hôtel sans petit déjeuner alors qu'il est facturé
