Old and mouldy room and broken shower no hot water

Rooms smell too much to a certain biter soap they use to clean the toilets.

Room was supper dirty especially the toilet, it’s look like never cleaned for a years, toilet bowl was yellow because of the dirt and smelly , no towel provided,
I use to stay here many time and always have bad experience, but I keep on rerun back because the location was near of my medical center,

it’s dirty, smelly and nothing works
dirty. and it didnt look like the photos at all. photos were taken maybe 20 years ago and retouched with photoshop to make it look nice and brand new
The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The staff was not very friendly. My check-in time was between 1300-1400. I arrived at 1315 and they told me that I needed to wait to check in or pay more money. The wall of my room had blood on it, they had cockroaches, no trash can and you can hear the person in the room next you very clearly. The property is run down and does not look like what is shown in the pictures.

The location is strategic, there are many restaurants nearby, easy to go to anywhere around Seminyak.
Overall, a good place you just need a place to sleep at night and spend most of the days outside.
The room smell horrible, probably the previous guests were smoking or it might come from the kamper ball in the bathroom. Dusty furnitures.

In the night when i arrived they told me that there is no room available. So I was stranded at 2 am. In the next morning they still took money from my card. I went there and I told them the issue they told me it’s just a reservation on the card we gonna cancel it. It Never happened and I still want my money back
