Very comfortable , good location , safe neighborhood

la patronne, parle très bien l'anglais, mais aussi un peu le français, et elle est super sympa, toujours à notre écoute, et très bonne conseillere !

Grandmas house (berk house) is just fantastic, a really special place great location, wonderful hosts who were really welcoming and helpful. There was someone at the reception all the time so felt really safe
We were even lent umbrellas on a very wet day.
Breakfasts are good. Room is comfortable
Would definitely stay again if in Istanbul
The restaurant next door but one ( recommended by Yasmin) is also brill

Central location, walking distance to main attractions and tram. Awesome views. Family owned business made us feel like we were at home. Delicious breakfast.

Домашняя обстановка, отзывчивый персонал.
Вкусный завтрак, хороший ассортимент, более чем. Помимо завтрака предложили турецкий кофе, вкусняшка. Терасса на крыше с прекрасным видом.
Обязательно остановимся в следующий раз в данном отеле

I had a wonderful stay at Berk Guest House. The property is located right in the center of Istanbul, close to everything you might want to visit. Even though my room was next to the street, I had no issues with noise and slept very well.
The service was excellent, and the breakfast was complete and satisfying. They even offer traditional Turkish coffee as part of the experience, which I really appreciated. The place has a very homey, traditional atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.
I would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

L’établissement et très bien situé. Les propriétaires sont adorables. Il y a juste un petit manque de ménage et les équipements à revoir (Le mitigeur de la douche à changer et les ampoules de la chambre a remplacé.)

Sehr freundlicher Check in , gute Lage , sauberes Zimmer, gute Anbindung an die Tram. Zimmer mit viel Charme. Kurzer Fußweg zum Bus der direkt zum Flughafen fährt.

Tesisin konumu her yere yürüme mesafesinde idi. Reception'da duran Yeşim Hanım ve Ahmet Bey çok yardımsever ve çok misafir perverdiler. Bize gezi konusunda bilgileriyle kolaylık sağladılar. Sabah kahvaltısı mükemmeldi. Kahvaltı sonrası daima Türk kahvesi ikram ettiler. Otelin manzarası mükemmeldi. Herkese tavsiye edebilirim.

Just a great stay all around. Ideal central location right in the heart of Old Istanbul, small but efficient room with a comfortable bed and en suite bathroom, excellent fresh cooked breakfast every morning, and wonderful views of the sea and nearby landmarks from the rooftop terrace. But the part of our stay was how our hosts, Yeşim and Ahmed, made us feel welcome and at home from our arrival all the way through departure. Our room was on the first floor, facing the street, so I was a little concerned about noise, but that turned out to be no problem at all. Simple, no frills room, but clean and comfortable. For a true feeling of staying with family or friends in Istanbul, Grandma's House would be hard to top.

La nostra camera aveva un terrazzo privato formidabile! La posizione è fantastica per visitare la città, lo staff davvero cordiale, disponibile ed accogliente.

Établissement en plein centre à côté de tous les monuments, le tramway T 1 qui vous dépose aussi dans d’autres spots de cette magnifique ville. Les gérants de cet établissement sont tout simplement d’une extrême gentillesse et d’une très grande attention envers leurs clientèle. Très disponible, le petit déjeuner est complet avec des petits gâteaux, fait maison tous les matins. Bravo et encore merci pour votre chaleureux accueil..
