Pros:

It was a large room with a kitchen.

Cons:

They had cockroaches, the price was not good and they put us in a small room even though we paid extra to get the bigger one with a separate bedroom

I never stayed so there’s that. I didn’t want to get bedbugs or worse headaches from the mold smell
Pros:

The pictures were false advertised. The place stunk so bad I couldn’t even stay. There was mold on the baseboards.

I did not stay ! Still waiting for a refund from birch hill , I was charged at the location!

Cons:

The room was a live in was not clean no tv thermostat was hanging out of wall ! Was very nasty no bedding ! This was flop house not a hotel !

They have bed bugs and roaches the tub did not drain no pots and pans entry way door are supose to be locked but anyone can get in staff is rub and unprofessional

Cons:

Smell of urine and couldn't take my dog in the elevator, we were on the 3rd floor and I suffer from chronic pain.

I did NOT stay. I checked out as soon as I found another hotel.
Pros:

I didn’t like anything about this property.

Cons:

The room was filthy, the entry door did not lock and the face that people just hang out in the parking lot drinking and working on cars made me feel uneasy.

Pros:

The location was nice and the staff was great.

Cons:

The property wasn’t cleaned very well. There was other peoples hair in the shower. There was some kind of fluid splattered all over the wall , the floor was not swept. I understand it’s an extended stay place , but it should still be cleaned properly.

It was acceptable for my stay as I didn't spend much time there - visiting a sick friend
Pros:

The bed was quite comfortable
The bathroom was good - the accessible tub was great
The hotel was very quiet

Cons:

I had an accessible room but it was on the 2nd floor and the elevator wasn't working
My tv wasn't working
I did not know that soap and shampoo would not be available so I had to go buy some
Also no cups for use in the bathroom

“We didn’t stay it was so nasty”
Pros:

There was nothing we liked. We got our money back because they put us in a roach filled room. “Nasty” When we was leaving we was talking to the people out side and they told us they were not even suppose to be renting that room because of the bugs

Cons:

Everything. Got out of the car to go check in. 40 little kids running around cussing and fighting. Got the room. Before we even got to the door for the building. Smelled like straight pot, armpit, and bad life decisions….
