Pros:

Very helpful friendly staff great location in stunning setting Excellent breakfast.
So good to be able to bring our dog .

Very comfortable and easy.
Pros:

Hotel is warm,homely and friendly.
Easy to get into town,walk only twenty five minutes.
Rooms large,could do with a bit of updateing but we still love the hotel.

Cons:

We ordered two gin and tonics at the bar and that is what we got,dissapointed as not even z but of lemon or fruit in sight.
Drinks are exspensive so a little bit of effort goes a long way.

Lovely stay and nice staff but hotel is returned and needs attention

Good large hotel for a family gathering, with golf, spa and close to Stratford on Avon.
Pros:

Good location within walking distance of Stratford upon Avon. Ground floor bedroom with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Lovely walks in the rolling countryside near the hotel and golf course.
Large private dining room for our family event.
Good place for a large family gathering who enjoy golf.

Cons:

No major problems, just a few niggles.
The breakfast was average, as was some of the food served in the evening.
There was no safe in the bedroom.
There was no way of securing our ground floor bedroom window open safely at night for fresh air.
The walls were thin and we could hear the neighbours/TV at night.
Much of the hotel looked a bit ‘tired’ as in need of an upgrade.

Ein schönes Hotel mit kleineren Mängeln - Preis/Leistung stimmt leider nicht
Pros:

Das Hotel macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich sehr gut und lecker 😋 . Es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung ( inkludiert) und die Parkanlage was sehr schön anzusehen und sauber.

Cons:

Der Spa Bereich war am frühen Abend für Kinder nicht zugänglich , somit war der wichtigste Punkt, dieses Hotel zu buchen leider weg. Das Appartement war im Hinterhof des Spa- leider ein dreckiger Bereich.

Enjoyable hotel stay - definitely will be back!
Pros:

Excellent breakfast with a great view from the dining room. The small number of staff on duty were hard working and pleasant. The evening meal was also very good.
The swimming pool facilities were a real bonus. We also enjoyed the sauna and steam room.

De ligging is geweldig en het park rondom is heerlijk. We hebben genoten van het zwembad en de fitness. De kamers waren in orde. Het ontbijt was zeer lekker en uitgebreid.

Pros:

Loved the proximity to town combined with rural surroundings There's, a pleasant overall ambience, and the spa is a huge added bonus.

Cons:

Attention to detail needed in overall maintenance : a loose tap in one of the best suites, a loose floor grille in the spa pool jacuzzi, a cracked basin in an executive double, spa windows around the pool need a deep clean.... Though some interesting books are do add to the furnishings it was a little disappointing to see so many of duplicates among them
