It's was ok.curtains needed in breakfast bar as when sunny very blinding also room331 bed was lumpy and could do with a topper mattress not very comfortable.

Splendid Architecture & Landscape
Pros:

Staff in all areas of the hotel were friendly, helpful, attentive., professional and always pleasant, They gave information on hotels spa facilities etc., and direction for walking into Stratford.

Cons:

1. Week before my arrival, on Sunday from 2pm onwards I kept trying to ring the hotel but no answer. I urgently needed to speak regarding a suspicious text received. .It turned out later was not sent from hotel but a hacker had got access to our booking details from booking.com.

2. First night I slept peacefully. The second night disturbed every time a guest entered their room up to 2am - doors make a very loud banging noise closing.
