THEY PAY FOR COMMERCIAL AND BOOKING ALLOWS THEM TO POST MISLEADING INFO

ROOMS ARE DIRTY AND THERE IS ONLY INE ROON WITH WINDOW, THE REST ARE FACING NEIGHBOR OR NO VIEW At all. People scream downstairs till 2 am, not a quiet place

Good location for my requirements. Nothing else good to report.

Cons:

Unpainted areas, very poor maintenance. They tried to upgrade me to a very substandard room, to what I had requested. And it was more expensive also. I’d booked weeks prior to my stay. Would definitely not recommend.

Pros:

Very good location. Close to nightlife, restaurants, bars etc but quiet when you are in the room which is excellent. Staff are really friendly. Smooth check in and we received a free upgrade due to the aircon not working which was really nice. Overall good stay.

closing it down if not taking care business

it is in good location. stall are polite and friendly but the lady owner is rude and arrogant. she seems do not take care her business that why she is so rude.

Cons:

room is quite small. no need to have mini kitchen. If i make any booking at it or introduce it to friends new owner should be nice and educated do not like this rude and
uneducated current owner.

Forget these scammer Hotels
Pros:

It's located in a smal street, but many times noisy

Cons:

This place Gemini Saigon Center, as well as the Gemini Saigon Luxury Hotel, is owned by one of the worst woman scammer and cheater. The female receptionists of both Hotels are involved in the owners activities. I.e. At the same time I have paid cash to the receptionist, my bank informed me by mail that somebody tried to cash ~VND 18 Millions, it's about identical to what I paid to Hotel receptionist in cash.
