Pros:

Le condo était te que je m'y attendait.J'y avait déjà passé quelques jours il y a deux ans.Très calme, tous les appareils fonctionnent bien. Le frigo est d'une bonne taille. Le lien Internet est assez rapide et stable.La piscine est de bonne taille. Il y plusieurs petits commerces autour qui rendent la vie facile : distributeur de cruchons d'eau filtré, 7-11, lavoir, restaurants et mail.

Cons:

Ne comptez pas sur la section ''remise en forme'' de l'établissement pour vous entrainer, trop petite pour être d'un intérêt quelconque si vous êtes le moindrement sérieux dans l'entraînement.

Pros:

It is literally the best building to stay in all of Cebu city in terms of accessibility to transit, restaurants, malls, etc. And it has great Aircon/ High speed WiFi. The unit also had Netflix. Has a good view of the mountains as well.

Smooth and Comfy stay
Pros:

Everything was great! From the friendly and accommodating unit owner to the helpful front desk personnel, the experience was smooth from start to finish. The unit itself was clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything I needed. It’s perfect for 1-2 people and offers a stunning view, especially at night with the city lights. The location is very convenient, with easy access to malls, restaurants, and other essential establishments nearby. While the Wi-Fi and bathroom faucet water pressure occasionally experienced minor issues, these were rare and didn’t affect my overall stay.
I felt very comfortable throughout and will definitely be booking again.

Dirty and cramped but location and security staff are great

- good location in IT park
- security staff are very helpful
- in front of the great cooked food market in IT parl

Cons:

- moldy fridge
- not clean
- lots of useless furniture (eg 3 tall tables, 1 small table) makes the place needlessly cramped
- power was cut for hours
