Has potential but room wasn’t ready for guests

Cons:

I was ready to write a glowing review of this place, the staff was so nice and the place looked so clean and inviting. However, it started with a toilet that kept running until my sister fixed it, a shower and phone that didn’t work. No tv remote, plug outlet I had to get on my hands and knees to access, lights that didn’t work, no washcloths since shower wouldn’t work. The room obviously was not ready for guests. No signage on outside
