Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funciona y hace mucho frío en la habitación . Le aviso al personal de recepción y me dice que tiene el hotel lleno y que me facilita una manta, para una estancia de 4 noches. Miro en booking y veo que hay habitaciones disponibles.. se lo comunico y después de ponerme pegas me lleva a otra habitación. Menos mal que insistí, si no, paso todas las noches con manta… Las instalaciones son muy antiguas. El desayuno es escaso, poca fruta

Lage zum Meer

Cons:

Baustelle nebenan. Straße laut, da sehr dünne Wände und keine schalldichte Fenster. Armaturen im Bad kaputt. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück ok, aber auch nicht mehr. Hausflur riecht sehr parfümiert. Wir wollten eine Woche bleiben, haben aber was anderes gesucht. Kein Entgegenkommen vom Hotel.

Banheiro com 1/2 porta de vidro no box-banheira, perigoso.
O Ar condicionado fazia barulho no modo quente. O frigobar não esfriava, estava quente. A tv não aceitava os comandos do controle remoto.

O que ganhou ponto foi o atendimento dos recepcionistas.

Cons:

Infelizmente nos decepcionamos demais. Em 2022 havíamos nos hospedado aqui e como tive uma boa lembrança, mesmo com comentários negativos resolvemos arriscar. Resumo básico:
Quarto com cheiro de mofo.
Água do chuveiro demora a esquentar.
Da pra ouvir tudo da rua e dos quartos.
Pequeno almoço foi o pior!!!! Quando nos hospedamos pela primeira vez havia muita variedade, tanto que até então falávamos que era o melhor pequeno almoço de todos hotéis que ficamos. Porém nos dois dias que ficamos o pequeno almoço só havia: gelatina, pudim daqueles de mercado, bolo de canela que aproveitaram para o outro dia, pão duro ( o que salvou foi o croissant), queijo só dois tipos, presunto. Fruta? Abacaxi e pêssego enlatados nos DOIS DIAS! Cereais, aveia, e iogurte numa tigela. Ah tinha um pote de Nutella já aberto, poderiam ter colocado aqueles mini que a pessoa abre na hora. E havia ovo, bacon e feijão que tava ok. A parte do sumo de laranja no segundo dia "avariada" sendo que a máquina estava funcionando. Encontrei uma colher de sobremesa suja quando fui pegar nos talheres e dei ao funcionário. Tiraram a tv de lá para colocar em um espaço onde só fica o funcionário.
Sinceramente? Deu a sensação que o hotel foi vendido ou que os proprietários já não ligam mais para satisfação dos hóspedes. Uma pena! Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos, mas não recomendo esse hotel e me decepcionei bastante.
