We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and the experience was a total nightmare. During our stay, both my wife and I were severely bitten by bed bugs.
What makes it even worse is how the hotel management handled or, rather completely ignored, the issue afterward. Despite contacting them directly about this severe health and hygiene issue, they chose to ignore our messages completely and refused to take responsibility or provide any feedback. Communications through the booking platform were met with the same total refusal to cooperate.
Catching pests at a hotel is bad enough, but management responding with absolute silence and refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. There are plenty of other places to stay in Porto, choose one that actually cares about guest health and basic customer service.

Péssimo fiquei 15 minutos e depois de ver o quarto e saí fiz reserva noutro hotel perdi o valor total da reserva para 3 dias mas não consegui ficar muito mau sujo mal mantido experiência a esquecer

Las camas son cómodas. La habitación está insonorizada el exterior, aunque si se escucha ruido de otras habitaciones.
Tuvimos vistas a la avenida principal.

Cons:

Los baños de las habitaciones cumplen su función pero deberían ser reformados puesto que tienen un aspecto muy antiguo con respecto al resto de instalaciones.
