Great location. Rooms were basic
Pros:

The location was excellent and the staff were amazing. Great views!

Cons:

The bed was hard, Thai style. Most of the plants around the pool were dead. Lots of opportunity to make it look beautiful but they haven't spent the time and money to do that.

Feb 28, room 2804 網路連接非常差，幾乎沒有， 洗手刷牙的水有很強烈的消毒藥水味道。
Feb 22 住宿體驗非常不好,附近在開音樂會，很大聲，很吵一直到半夜超過12點，沒辦法睡覺，房間裡忘記放水，必須自己去找櫃檯拿。

Pros:

We arrived pretty early (9AM); knowing that check in is at 3pm; but they were able to let us check in early - which allowed us more time go out and explore the city!

I made a specific request for a birthday treat for my sister whom i was travelling with; i truly appreciate how quick they responded. They continued to communicate with me and coordinated the cake delivery the room, at a time which is convenient to us. The birthday surprise was delivered by 3 polite staff who also sang to the birthday girl! We had a blast! Thank You for making our holiday so much fun!

To me, Lee Garden is the gold standard for Hatyai / Songkhla hospitality.

Really like to stay at Lee Gardens, very convenient, and the staff very friendly, although I arrived on morning around 9am,they allowed me to check in, so I can get the room early

Wygodny, przyjemny hotel
Pros:

Lokalizacja w samym centrum, bardzo miły personel, niesamowity widok z wyższych pięter hotelu, nieskazitelnie czysta, biała pościel i ręczniki. Przyjemny, przytulny, jasny pokój.

Cons:

Śniadanie w jednym dniu było super, w drugim takie sobie (spędziłam w tym hotelu 2x 1 noc). Prysznic zamontowany na sztywno na ścianie (brak słuchawki prysznicowej).

Fabulous welcome and location let down by lack of finesse and terrible breakfast
Pros:

The welcome and good bye was impressive. The staff manning the entrance and the lifts were great as was the housekeeping lady. The bed comfortable with quality bedding. Relatively quiet but little soundproofing. The room was huge. Location right in the middle of Hat Yai so 10/10

Cons:

The room was stark with zero nice touches, this followed a great welcome so expectation did not live up to the room. Air Con very loud and blowy with limited control options. Breakfast was very poor indeed. I suspect as this large hotel has a few guests they have scaled back breakfast offer. This included allowing hot food to go cold before reheating. Whilst the hotel is so very quiet they may benefit changing to at table service for the time being. Very little visible management at breakfast saw many staff chatting whilst plates piling up. No streaming services.
