Pros:

Location is good. Hotel packed a good breakfast set for us because we need to check out early

Cons:

Gym is not upto date, threat mill machines have three of them in the gym not working thru out the 4 days stay with the hotel

Excellent location with great city views, but rooms could be more comfortable
Pros:

The hotel's location is its biggest advantage, with shopping malls, the night market and many popular local eateries all within easy walking distance. We appreciated the secure basement parking as we were on a road trip. Our room was spacious and offered a great panoramic city view. Breakfast had a good selection and was served in a pleasant dining area overlooking Hat Yai. The staff, especially those at the lift lobby and breakfast restaurant, were consistently polite and welcoming.

Cons:

The room was quite basic with minimal furnishings. The lack of carpet or other soft furnishings made it feel less cosy, and the tiled floor became quite cold underfoot. WiFi reception in the room was weaker than in the lobby, so internet connectivity could be improved.

酒店员工很亲切，地理环境优越，旁边有24小时的7-11 便利商店，楼下每天傍晚都有夜市。走路10分钟内，有火车站，kim yong market (买手信，土产），Odean Shopping Mall （买身体降温喷雾 ，比其他商场便宜）

Cons:

Please provide tea bag (example lipton tea) in the tea making facility. Now the hotel only provide instant coffee (nescafe) creamer and sugar. I have to buy a box of lipton tea from nearby 7-11 outlet for my stay.

The size of the room is so big. Even provide the Qiblat for muslim to pray plus got bidet in toilet
