Pathetic
Pros:

The hotel staff is rude. Having confirmatiom with them over call, email and booking.com they cancelled my booking 2 hours before my arrival. I did make the booking 1 day advance

SUPERB
Pros:

Location is very close to golden temple. Many restaurants and shops are available nearby. The staff is very polite and rooms are neat and clean at genuine price.

Rooms were much smaller than shown, no ventilation, exhaust didn’t work and the washrooms were tiny. There was no food/room service.

Not honest about their facilities and services.
Pros:

1. Only the receptionist.

Cons:

1. Golden Temple is not 2 mins from Hotel. It's about 15 mins.
2. There's no room service for food.
3. No tea/ coffee table in the room.
4. Toilet door very difficult to open.
5. Bed mattresses very soft.
6. Getting to the hotel, you need a GPS. Streets are very narrow and too many 3 wheelers and cars. Very noisy...car horns.
7. Cupboard is very high. Not able to reach for the hangers.
8. Aircon main switch not marked. Aircon always off after a short while.
9. Toilet was neat and tidy, but basin area is very small. Floor is not non-slip. It's very slippery when wet. Not safe fir children.
