Just okay, it's not horrible but not great as well.
Pros:

1. The view was decent (we took the most expensive room).
2. The pool was a nice feature and was cleaned several times during our 9-night visit.
3. Close to 7-eleven and good massage shop (i think it was called lemongrass).
4. Staying right next to the forest was a unique experience. We even took the opportunity to hike from the hotel up to the Big Buddha.

Cons:

1. Elevator Logistics. The buildings layout is creative (there are 3 of them), but reaching our room required three different elevators. They are incredibly slow, have no ventilation or AC, and feel like a suffocating sauna. Since they are shared with staff and laundry trolleys, a "quick" trip back to the room for a forgotten item easily takes 10-20 minutes.

2. Inadequate Shuttle. The "shuttle" is just an 8-seater tuk-tuk running once per hour. With around 80 rooms in the hotel, it was almost always full, making it nearly impossible to get a seat. Combine it with an item you forgot and you need to "quickly" run and get it using their elevators and your day is already a bit nicer.

3. No AC in Public Spaces. While the lobby design is nice, big, and modern, there is no air conditioning there either, making it uncomfortably hot.

4. One staff member was passive-aggressive during our arrival. Due to a UI limitation on booking.com, I had to message the hotel directly to clarify bed preferences for our three rooms. Instead of resolving the mix-up, the staff argued with us in an irritated tone, insisting it was my fault. It was a very poor start to a 9-night stay.

Pros:

אחרי חודש בתאילנד הגענו לאייקון ללילה אחד וממש הופתענו מאיכות החדרים ביחס למחיר, ההפתעה הכי טובה בטיול שלנו, חדרים נוחים עם נוף לים, צוות מדהים שקיבל את פנינו ועזר בכל בקשה בלי לחשוב פעמיים, חזרנו לעוד 2 לילות בהמשך היה מצויין!
