Opção excelente para hospedagem em Natal. Alain como anfitrião é extremamente profissional, atencioso e cuidadoso. A localização é perfeita. Custo benefício sensacional! Ficamos no quarto 202 e atendeu em absoluto nossas expectativas e ainda com uma vista para o mar espetacular, aliás o flat é exatamente pé na areia. O entorno do flat tem tudo que você precisa e se caminhar um pouquinho e subir uma ladeira você chega em uma área com alguns contêiners que vendem todo tipo de comida e que todos os dias tem som ao vivo, lugar muito agradável. Eu e minha família saímos extremamente satisfeitos.

Fantastic place and location, the site photos are all true!
Pros:

Location as shown in the photos, overlooks the ocean, walk out the garden and across the promenade and you are on the beach. Staff helpful. Room overall ideal for what I needed for using the place as a base and eating out. Nice to relax on balcony.

Cons:

Little in way of kitchenette facilities and perhaps a little dusty before the scheduled clean. There was razor wire, electric fences and cameras but I would have liked the balcony door to lock.

We will be back
Pros:

Location is superb.
Breakfast is not included but the restaurant upstair has breathtaking view and quite affordable prices. The only problem it is not working on Monday.

Cons:

The restaurant is closed on Monday. Sometimes there is long wait for hot water, one time we were not able to get hot water (there is probably an amount for the whole building or several apartments)
