- No smoking! Penalty for smoking inside the property and closer than 33 ft from the building entrance - 100 EUR.
- Pets are allowed in Superior, Deluxe and Suite rooms. Pets are not allowed in Budget, Standard and Double or Twin rooms.
- Check-in is from 15:00. Earlier check-in can be requested for additional fee 20 EUR. It should be requested at least 24 hours before the arrival time.
- Check-out is by 11:00AM. Later check-out can be requested for additional fee 20 EUR.

Posizione, comunicazione efficace via whatsapp, self check in semplice. Lobby arredato in modo eclettico (a differenza dei vecchi arredi in stanze).
Colazione non super abbondante ma servita in modo elegante
Moquette sporchi, arredamento vecchio, mancanza di ciabatte (è veramente poco piacevole camminare scalzi)

Tv didn't work, we used tv's internet browser. Also lights in the room worked and didn't work..

В гостинице нет персонала, к которому можно обратиться. Все общение через WhatsApp. В нашем номере была проблема с душем, из-за низкого напора холодной воды, душ просто не включался. Мы несколько раз обратились по WhatsApp, но к нам так никто и не пришел, сказав, что они проверили и все хорошо.

Sijainti erinomainen ja keskeinen, hotelli loistava puutarhoineen ja sisustuksineen, olo oli turvallinen lukollisten portin ja ovien ansiosta. Huoneet olivat viihtyisiä ja vuoteet mukavia. Erityismaininta paikalla olleen henkilökunnan edustajien asiantuntemuksesta ja avuliaisuudesta! Viestintä hotellin kanssa oli helppotajuista (ohjeet helppo ymmärtää). Kaiken kaikkiaan minilomallemme ei olisi parempia puitteita voinut toivoa. Suosittelemme lämpimästi!
