Important information:

- No smoking! Penalty for smoking inside the property and closer than 33 ft from the building entrance - 100 EUR.
- Pets are allowed in Superior, Deluxe and Suite rooms. Pets are not allowed in Budget, Standard and Double or Twin rooms.
- Check-in is from 15:00. Earlier check-in can be requested for additional fee 20 EUR. It should be requested at least 24 hours before the arrival time.
- ⁠Check-out is by 11:00AM. Later check-out can be requested for additional fee 20 EUR.

Pros:

Das Haus atmet seine Geschichte. Kombiniert mit frecher, moderner Kunst und äußerster Gepflegtheit ist es der perfekte Ort für Riga.

Cons:

Schöner wäre es wenn eine Rezeption mit einem freundlichen Menschen da wäre. Aber der Self Check in klappt auch sehr gut

Cons:

Except a cock up on did we pay for breakfast .
This was the same atthe time for at least 10 guests all saying we had free breakfast.
I could not prove and have not time now butsome where in the booking process i saw on the page BREAKFAST INCLUDED .
I felt for the poor guy just doing his job and paid for my breakfast .
Guess i not read small print

Pros:

Lokacija mieste, pastato istorija, interjeras.

Cons:

Nesklandus pusryčių organizavimas. Kava kokybiška, tačiau trūko pusryčių maisto kokybės ir operatyvumo iš personalo, pildant svečių poreikius. Neveikė baras, nėra erdvės sportui.

Emplacement, propreté et sécurité

Cons:

La chambre ne disposait que de petites fenêtres, aucune lumière de l'extérieur ne pouvait entrer. Il faisait fort sombre et cela nuisait à la qualité de l'hôtel.

La struttura nelle parti comuni molto bella, la posizione a pochi minuti dal centro. Alcuni problemi ma prontamente risolti

Cons:

Camera un po decadente, bagno con vasca da rivedere e insonorizzazioni da camera accanto così così…. Moquette rialzata dal pavimento, cuscino troppo morbido( solo 1 presente). Soggiornato 2 notti e non hanno rifatto là camere né cambiato gli asciugamani

Unique experience
Pros:

Our stay was special because of this intriguing place. We loved exploring the corridors and lack of staff made it more strange. Beds were very comfortable, and bathroom was clean too.

Cons:

Looks like the walls at the last floor (4th) are very thin, we could hear clearly our neighbours talking just normally. It wasn't a problem as guests respected night hours.

Værelset og omgivelserne. Ok morgenmad med venligt personale. God beliggenhed til byen

Brusenichen var fyldt med kalk og ingen tryk. Der var ingen rengøring på værelset. Dvs at vi selv skulle spørge om toiletpapir

Pros:

Fantastiskt byggnad, nära till allt och trevlig personal. Fina gemensamma ytor att lounga i om kvällarna.

Cons:

Vi och andra på boendet råkade ut för att de inte kunde se att frukosten var inkluderad som vi bokat. Så vi fick betala 16 euro per person på plats. Frukosten tog slut redan kl 9.30 och de fick kalla in hjälp men juicen och vattnet fylldes inte på, och kaffemaskinen funkade inte heller efter ett tag. Dag 2 gick vi 5 minuter till Origo där det fanns många alternativ, från kl 9.
Det var inte heller städat ordentligt i badrummen.
Baren var stängd under hela vår vistelse vilket vi sett framemot när vi såg bilderna på booking.
