Uygun fiyatlı ulaşımı kolay.
Pros:

Konumu iyi battersea northern line istasyonuna 10 dakika mesafede, evin karşısında pizzacı ve yanında tesco market var. Mutfakta buzdolabı ve fırın imkanı var.

Cons:

Bina biraz bakımsız, merdiven boşluğuna girince idrar ve çöp kokusu var.

Pros:

Se nos hizo raro el local, no sabíamos que nuestra habitación estaba en un apartamento y que en casa de las habitaciones había alguien y compartíamos el baño y el resto de la casa. Respecto a la zona perfecta, y las indicaciones de los anfitriones lo hacen sencillo

Cons:

No sabíamos en ningún momento que eran habitaciones separadas, pero en apartamentos comunes, con más habitaciones.

Una estancia ideal que repetiría.
Pros:

La fácil comunicació amb el propoietari i la facilitat d'adaptar_se a les nostres peticions. A part vam tindre tot l'allotgament per nosaltres soles.

Cons:

La finestra no tancava del tot bé llavors entrava l'aire de fora i al no haver persianes la claro de bon matí.

Functional room. Basic but clean.
Pros:

Good communication. Very clean. Handy location as visiting son nearby. Good kitchen facilities.

Cons:

Bedding needs updating. Lamp by bed needed. Found it slightly embarrasing not having ensuite. Think flat should be adapted to include 2 ensuite.

Perfect room considering the price, while surrounding neighbourhood should be considered.
Pros:

The kitchen and bathroom were clean and were cleaned each time, after a guest terminated their stay at the flat. Kitchen is good equipped. Enough storage room (too in the refrigerator).

Cons:

We stayed at the flat for 12 nights in december as a couple and though never felt unsafe. But for women travelling alone, you might consider the following: Unfortunately, there were homeless people around the house a couple of times. When we entered the building, they rushed at the door and told us they had "forgotten their keys", so they could stay the night and sleep in the stairway. They were never unfriendly, but telling them that we were not allowed to let them enter was useless. Since they had no keys, they used the first stairway (from ground floor to 1. floor, which is separated from the rest of the stairway) as their bathroom. Therefore the stairway smelled really bad and at the last day of our stay had not only piss but also poop in it. The elevator which could be used as a second path to the first floor were clean though. The corridor to the apartment on the first floor had a separate door, so the direct corridor in front of the apartment was clean and quiet. During our stay, 2 nights in a row, somebody under drugs screamed during the night multiple times (outside of the building but at hearable distance), so earplugs should be brought.
The neighbourhood is not unsafe though. Public transport just footsteps away. Parc is in walkable distance and there were a lot of people jogging. 2 streets nearby towards the Parc, richer mansions with pretty cars begin, so maybe we were just unlucky concerning the few homeless people.

location very stratehic, in front oc the peiperty is a hus stop, and 300 mtr walk to Queenstown train station

self check a bit annoying because we didnt get informed regarding where the keys was pu in its place, but once we found the key everything went smooth and i like the propert y
