Staff could be better and more willing to help people staying

I liked how clean it was

Cons:

Upon check in I was showed on a map where my room was, someone should be showing you the way to your room because the hotel is like a maze, we spent the entire first day getting lost every time we left our room, nobody explained how to get towels at the pool and there were only two towels in one bathroom for our showers. The staff while polite they were not very helpful, and a lot of the housekeeping staff did not speak English so while lost it was impossible to get help. Upon checking out I had a pool towel and asked if I could return it to the desk the lady at the desk said no just go right down that hall and you can return it, I really was not impressed but luckily by then I was no longer getting lost but honestly another five minute walk to return the towel when your literally being paid to be there is unacceptable. Now as far as the room itself it was really nice very well updated, furniture seemed almost brand new it was sooo clean, the bed however was horrible sleeping was nearly impossible and for that reason we couldn’t wait to get back home to our own beds

Excellent, friendly, and clean
Pros:

Everything, especially the spa steam and sauna.

Cons:

I am an owner at The Cove. I love this resort and the location not far from the Hyannis port.
The Cove has everything thing I love at a resort. Inside pool, outside pool, activity center. Outside pools spa and comfortable lounging. I always stay here and my family.

The place is a staple to our family

Cons:

It's getting really run down, upon arriving it looked like someone threw a coffee at the wall and was never cleaned. We had a cabinet door that didn't work. Missing remote in the bedroom.

Decent but not worth the money
Pros:

The rooms were clean and bright

Cons:

Everything I was told over the phone was a lie. They have a function hall that’s off the pool area that I was told over the phone I could use then told I couldn’t when the time of the party came. I also asked if they would be a security deposit required upon check in and was told no over the phone only to hear different when I got to the property.

It was a nice relaxing stay in a beautiful resort. I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

It has everything for a comfortable family vacation. The 1 bedroom townhouse was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The indoor and outdoor pools, live music, and the rec center were great. The beautiful grounds and close proximity to shops, restaurants and beaches were a plus.
