Pros:

As áreas de recreação são muito boas. Varal no quarto ajudou muito.

Cons:

A limpeza deixou muito a desejar, água acumulada na pia não foi seca nenhum dia. O banheiro exalava um cheiro muito ruim do ralo. No anúncio não ficou claro que o quarto era de um proprietário particular e, sendo assim, não tínhamos direito a troca de toalhas e roupa de cama (custo adicional). Ficamos 2 dias sem funcionário para fazer tapioca. O refeitório não suporta bem a demanda da quantidade de pessoas hospedadas; a reposição dos alimentos ficou prejudicada em vários momentos. A sensação é que falta funcionários.

Ambiente e atendimento muito bom, café da manhã bem caprichado, piscina sempre bem limpas, quarto bom, só o ralo que tinha um pouco de mal cheiro, mas restante tudo ótimo...

A area de lazer das crianças é muito boa. O café da manhã tambem com muitas variedades

Cons:

Na Recepção demorou muito, esperei 1 hora pra ser atendido, pra realizar o checkin, estava com duas crianças pequenas e não tinha preferencial

Os funcionários são mto gentis.
A área kids é mto boa.

Cons:

Não tem banheiro perto das piscinas.
Os móveis do apartamento são antigos inclusive a TV, p quem viaja com criança é horrível. A chave da porta então, nem se fala.
