Nice room with potential for improvement
Pros:

Loved the room decor, excellent location, friendly staff

Cons:

The shower thermostat wasn’t working. Although the staff sent a plumber quickly, the shower had to be replaced which means during our stay we didn’t have hot water.

Also the wifi was a bit unstable and when I got to the room there was no tv remote (although again the staff sent a replacement quickly).

It would also be great if the room had a coffee capsule machine, as there was only a tiny french press.

Bien ubicado y cómodo para viaje en grupo.
Pros:

La ubicación fantástica. Cerca hay muchos servicios. Alojamiento amplio y con todas las comodidades. Atención telefónica de calidad con personal de habla hispana. Muy recomendable para viajar en grupo.

Cons:

Pregunté a través de los mensajes de Booking, el día de antes, como iba a recibir instrucciones para acceder al apartamento y me dijeron que recibiría un email. Al llegar al apartamento no lo había recibido y tuvimos que llamar y nos indicaron que era a través del link de registro. Pero la atención telefónica excelente!

Really enjoyable, fantastic base for restaurants/cafes in the new town & good location for exploring Edinburgh

A fantastic base from which to explore this beautiful city
Pros:

The location was fab, super central and easy to find - there are also some lovely restaurants and bars just around the corner, and a couple of small supermarkets a very short walk away. The apartment I stayed in was beautiful - quiet and comfortable with elegant decor, excellent facilities and a super-comfortable bed. I would happily stay here again!

Cons:

There is no lift in the building - so if you travel with lots of luggage (like I do!!) and happen to be staying in a room on an upper floor, be ready for a workout! Another reason to try and travel light...

Pros:

The apartment was nice and spacious. Good large bed.

Cons:

Two kettles and a plunger coffee pot .... Would have loved a coffee machine .... but thats minor. The carpet in the lounge area was heavily stained and did not look good at all.

Şehrin yeni yerleşim bölgesinde sessiz sakin ama merkeze oldukça yakın bir konumdaydı. Uzaktan check-in sistemi ile rahatlıkla tesise giriş yapabildik. Yüksek tavanlı dairede yatağın asma tavanda olduğu, ferah bir oturma alanı ve kısa süreli konaklama için yeterli bir mutfak alanı olan daireydi. Isıtması oldukça iyi, sıcak su erişimi sorunsuzdu.

Cons:

Havlu sayısı bir iki tane daha fazla olabilirdi, onun dışında bir eksikliği yoktu.

Cons:

Queen Street is een drukke, lawaaierige straat. voor ons geen probleem, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat dit mensen stoort.
ik maak sterk bezwaar tegen de incheck procedure. helemaal niet ‘persoonlijk inchecken’.
er wordt gevraagd een foto van je ID en jezelf op te sturen. als deze overeen komen, krijg je de toegangscode tot het gebouw en appartement gemaild.
hoe garandeert dit de ‘veiligheid’? de verhuurder zegt zo vast te kunnen stellen wie er in de accommodatie aanwezig zal zijn. dat is natuurlijk onzin.
tip: gebruik een app waarmee je niet-essentiële info van je ID maskeert. ze hebben alleen foto en naam nodig.
volgens de verhuurder zou dat niet geaccepteerd worden, maar het werkte prima.
ook jammer dat er geen bagage opslag is. zeker voor het bedrag dat gevraagd wordt per nacht. een voucher voor een Stasher/Radical/Bounce opslag zou wel netjes zijn.

I wish I'd stayed longer!

Fantastic spacious room
Pros:

Great view of the park. Spacious room and very comfortable. Fantastic place to stay! Local to lots of great cafes, restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Stairs, however this is to be expected when staying and exploring Edinburgh. You definitely need to prepare yourself for lots of hills and stairs regardless. The view is worth it!

Great place to stay, convenient location and top notch cleanliness. Be mindful of room bookings if travelling heavy.
Pros:

The location was great, Waverley train station and popular attractions were all of walking distance from the property, with a lot of eateries nearby as well. The property was also very clean and very comfortable, loved the kitchenette! It was definitely a great stay!

Cons:

There was only a bottle of conditioner in the shower, so do bring your own toiletries. Also be mindful of which room is booked, there is no lift and you may have to carry luggages up three flights of (spiral) stairs.

Best stay in Edinburgh
Pros:

The apartment was in a beautiful and central location in walking distance to pretty much everything, and the apartment itself was huge and beautiful! Such amazing value for money and a cosy home away from home during our trip!

Cons:

If I had to be picky, being given a bit more toilet roll to cover the days we were there would have been great as we had the two rolls but as we were there a few days we had to go out and were only able to buy a four pack which we then only used one of so had to leave the rest.
