Beautiful place, not many amenities, be careful if you have heavy luggage because you will have to bring it upstairs yourself, no lift in the property. Location great , gorgeous view. I will stay here again 😊

A truly wow stay! Spotless apartment, perfect location and a great overall experience.
Pros:

I stayed at this property with my wife for six nights in an apartment on the third floor (Room 9), in a building located on Queen Street. The entire building consists of apartments managed by the same company, which gives the place a very organized and well-maintained feeling.
One of the biggest advantages of the property is definitely the location. The street itself is lively and well connected with public transport, but at the same time it remains pleasantly quiet. Before arriving, we had seen a few past comments mentioning possible noise, but during our six-day stay we did not experience any issues at all. Since we stayed for almost a week, we had enough time to form a clear impression.
The apartment is within very comfortable walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions. Princess Street, which is essentially the central shopping street, is very close. Access to public transport is also very convenient, making it easy to explore other parts of the city if you want to move around more.
In reality, we ended up doing most things on foot. There were plenty of options nearby for breakfast or brunch in the morning, and many restaurants and pubs within a short walking distance for the evenings. Having everything so close made the stay very easy and enjoyable.
The apartment itself was spotless. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the entire stay, and everything was clearly very well maintained. The internet connection was also very fast and stable, which was important for us. Communication with the management company was excellent as well — they were responsive, professional, and provided clear instructions whenever needed.
The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and both the indoor temperature and the hot water worked perfectly throughout our visit.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and a stay that truly helped us enjoy our trip even more.

Cons:

Overall, there was very little not to like about the property and our stay was excellent. However, I mention the following points simply so that future guests are aware, especially if they might have specific needs.
The apartment we stayed in (Apartment 9) is located on the third floor, and the building does not have an elevator. This means there are quite a few stairs to climb, which can be tiring, especially when carrying luggage. For younger guests this is usually not a major issue, but it may be difficult for older visitors or for anyone with mobility problems. It is worth noting, however, that the building also has apartments on lower floors, which could be a better option in those cases.
Another thing that surprised us slightly was the cleaning policy during the stay. We stayed for six nights and there was no mid-stay cleaning or automatic change of towels. This service is optional and needs to be requested in advance with an additional charge. In our case this was not a real problem, but it may be something to keep in mind, particularly for longer stays.
Also, the apartment does not have a washing machine. For stays of up to a week this is perfectly fine, but if someone plans to stay longer and needs to wash clothes, it is something to consider.
Aside from these small practical details, everything else about the property and the stay was excellent.

Inoltre, il termostato è bloccato e rimane attivo solo per un periodo di tempo, dopodiché si spegne pur non avendo riscaldato adeguatamente tutto l’ambiente. Inoltre il riscaldamento nel bagno non si accende mai, quindi la stanza rimane un pò fredda.

Loved the room decor, excellent location, friendly staff

Cons:

The shower thermostat wasn’t working. Although the staff sent a plumber quickly, the shower had to be replaced which means during our stay we didn’t have hot water.

Also the wifi was a bit unstable and when I got to the room there was no tv remote (although again the staff sent a replacement quickly).

It would also be great if the room had a coffee capsule machine, as there was only a tiny french press.
