Хорошая вилла, просторная. Большая территория отеля (это именно отель с видами, а не отдельные виллы). Удобно, что есть своя стиральная машина и кухня.
Платные пляжные полотенца. Одеяла и полотенца на 2 человек, за еще 2 надо доплачивать (вилла на 4 человек). Все надо выпрашивать — после уборки не обновлялись туалетная бумага, странно обновлялись полотенца. При уборке пропала футболка — подозреваю что ее смахнули вместе с постельным бельем, вернули же нам какую-то детскую. Отель неплохой, но много недостатков

The villa has great view and quite close to the beach. The beds are very comfortable, and the property is clean. Love the private pool although we only managed to use it once as the weather is a bit cool. The best thing about the villa is the staff/ butler. Almost instant response whenever we need something. They recommend good restaurants for us with free restaurant- arranged transport as well. We definitely appreciate that and will come back next time when there’s better weather.
The only feedback is sometimes it takes quite a while to get a buggy, and this is during low season. So not sure what it’s like during peak season.

You can’t use the pool towels but we asked the staff and they brought us extra.

Вилла располагается на территории Wyndham garden. При заселении мы пришли на ресепшен рядом стоял человек. На вилле идеально чисто, есть все необходимое. Понравилось абсолютно все, Батлер отвечал сразу, как писали что то. Хороший ресторан возле бассейна, большой бассейн, море. До моря недалеко можно ехать или пройтись. Заказывали grab еду, но в общем потом ходили в ресторан у бассейна. Вернемся еще раз.
Близость к морю, хорошая территория, бассейн на вилле, коммуникация с персоналом. Классное место для отдыха, обязательно приеду ещё.
Понравилось соотношение цены и качества. Очень приватный отдых, все отдыхают на своих виллах. Бассейн общий мало людей, не был никогда загруженным. Море и пляж чистое. У нас не было ничего включено, сами готовили. Но виллы расположены при отеле, в отеле два ресторана. Вилла большая, бассейн при вилле не большой, но для наших детей было само то. На кухне есть практически все для приготовления еды (вся посуда, микроволновка, плита, большой холодильник). Порадовало наличие стиральной машины, а так же отель предоставляет все необходимое для стирки.
1. Самое большое разочарование было то что оказывается надо писать отелю о своих пожеланиях расположения виллы. Я бронировала вилу по фото, и у нас с террасы должно было быть видно море, но нам дали виллу у дороги (практически на выезде из отеля). Отель не смог виллу поменять из за большой загруженности. Вызывали каждый раз от дома до пляжа и обратно багги, оно не всегда быстро приезжало, приходилось иногда ждать.
2. На вилле перебои с водой. Не могла никак настроить на втором этаже, текла то горячая то холодная вода, исправно только работал душ на первом этаже.
3. Мало лежаков на пляже, иногда приходили и ждали пока кто нибудь уйдёт.
4. Возле вилл нет магазинов, мы за продуктами в город ездили 30 минут на такси. Мы были у этому готовы.

The beach is one of the best we have ever seen.
The layout of the villa was good and it was an easy walk to the beach. The villa does not have a sea view though as stated in the description. The resort was clean and well-maintained and with good facilities. Breakfast buffet can be purchased in the Wyndham Garden restaurant.
Communication with the owner(?) of the villa was poor. We did not really know who we were talking to. We were asked to transfer 50% one week ahead to avoid risk of loosing our booking. Also be aware that Hese Pool Villas & Resort is not a place. It is a villa placed inside Wyndham Garden Resort but not rented out by them. Very confusing. The villa was not properly cleaned. There were stains on many surfaces and could need a deep cleaning. The resort is very isolated and far from everything. However it is easy to get a taxi/Grab to Nha Trang which takes around 40 mins to reach.
