it's very quiet nearby!

staff was pleasant and very helpful, a little miscommunication as they are not very fluent in English. there is room for improvement to better their spoken language. given that they are short of staff, housekeeping was very minimal. breakfast was decent enough since the staff who man the reception also prepared food.
as the stay is near school, it is rather noisy in the morning. unfortunately the lift broke down on our last day of stay and we have to carry our luggage down to the lobby, some of us were on level 4 and 5! thank God the receptionist, a very petite lady tried her best to help us with our luggage. Hope that this will not happen again especially if we have to travel to the airport which is about 4 hours ride on the road.

- Room was clean and had decent lighting, something that a surprising amount of places get wrong.
- Shower was properly hot.
- Staff is very nice
- Room was a bit damp.
- Wifi was atrocious, barely worked my entire stay.
- To say it has a "garden view" is only true in the technical sense. All I could see was a pump system and a wall.
- Rooftop terrace was pretty barren, no cover from the sun, shame as it has a nice view...

Cách âm kém, tiếng ồn từ tầng trên và phòng bên cạnh, nhân viên dọn dẹp không đổ rác ở nhà vệ sinh, không để đủ đồ dùng cá nhân (lược, gói tăm bông đã bị bóc…), thuê xe máy bị đắt (bảo giá giờ tăng rồi, ê nhé xăng tôi đổ cơ mà, xe máy cũ vậy lên cái j nhỉ)
