Pros:

Staff eccezionale, estremamente gentile e disponibile per tutte le esigenze (anche impreviste). Posizione defilata ma comunque comoda per raggiungere il centro di Da Lat. Servizio di noleggio motorio utilissimo e pratico.

Pros:

Was a nice little place, beds comfy. Large front facing balcony. Clean bathroom and clean amenities.

Cons:

Slightly out of the way of town, but has got some restaurants around. There is a school opposite, you will be woken up around 8am by an announcement every morning. We arrived at 1am by sleeper bus and was quite upset to be woken up that early on the first day. No AC which was not ideal.

Pros:

The female manager at the reception.

Cons:

We received a room on the "3rd" floor, but from the street it's actually the 1st floor. With a school in front on the hotel, which starts playing extreme loud music at 6h45 am to welcome the childeren (30 minutes long)!!!!
We booked a double room with balcony and garden view (no AC but with a fan) it was way to hot at night even only a blanket because there was NO fan! And no possibility to keep the mosquitos out when having the windows open?!
The included breakfast is only Pho (meat noodle soup)...
The (general) terrace on the "4th" floor, has no lounge chair, sunroof or parasols.
The woman from the reception was really kind and helpfull!
But before we arrived it was impossible to get in contact with them despite trying 3 different options.
We stayed 2 nights but because it was to busy the room wasn't cleaned/refilled.

Pros:

Внешне симпатичный отель. Внутри все неплохо. Персонал очень любезный. На 5 звезд.

Cons:

Есть маленький нюанс, о которой нигде не пишут.
Отель находится напротив школы или детского сада. В 8 с чем-то утра там начинается такой крик!!! Орут песни! Кричат в громкоговорители! Шумоизоляция отсутствует, да и она не помогла бы. Сложно преувеличить уровень этого крика и шума. При нем не то, что спать невозможно, а просто в помещении находиться. Как только эти крикуны успокоились, в дело вступил хаусуипинг. Двери в комнаты картонные будто. Слышно каждый шорох. Персонал шумит, громко что-то решает. И это продолжается бесконечно. Спать невозможно.
Безусловно персонал и менеджеры знают об этих нюансах. Спрашивается, зачем вы селите гостей с окнами к садику, если есть свободные во двор? Не думаю, что отель был полный.
Так же, уверен, что менеджеры знают об ужасном уровне шумоизоляции дверей и было бы проявлением вежливости, профессионализма и здравого смысла, проинструктировать службу уборки, чтобы они вели себя потише, если уж двери нормальные поставить не захотели. Но всем плевать.
Итог такой:
Для тех, кто в отпуске не планирует просыпаться в 8 с чем-то от сердечного приступа от громкоговорителей, этот отель не рассматривайте. Уедете разбитые, не выспавшиеся, с больной головой и испорченным настроением за собственные деньги.

Đặt suit bên lương thế vinh xong bị đổi chỗ qua chi nhánh nguyễn thị nghĩa vì nv báo phòng bên cn kia bị lỗi phải sửa chữa ok mình vui vẻ nhận lời vì nghĩ chắc cũng ok. Sau khi check in mình rất thất vọng. Tollet nút bấm bị hỏng ko ấn xuống sâu dc. Hậu quả mỗi lần đi vệ sinh phải đứng cả buổi để bơm nước mới dội sạch dc. Xong qua tới cái vòi tắm nướce nóng lạnh ko hiểu kiểu gì chả nóng. Nó chỉ dừng lại ở mức mát vâng và với cái lạnh ở đà lạt vừa tắm vừa run. Cái thứ 3 phòng thiết kế rất thiên tài suit này lạ hơn các suit mình hay sử dụng. 2 phòng thông qua nhau bằng cái cửa tollet và có chìa khoá để khoá bên trong. Mỗi lần vô tollet phải khoá 2 cửa lại nếu quên thì phòng còn lại sẽ mở được, còn ngược lại nếu bên kia đi toleet mà quên mở khoá thì ối dồi ôi bạn phải nhịn vệ sinh cả đêm :)). Thật vọng lắm nha.

Good value
Pros:

Located in a peaceful area about 1.5km away from the city center. Lovely balcony with ạ hill view. Beds are nice and comfortable. Early check in. Good value for money. Stay was pleasant. You get what you pay for.

Cons:

Shower is next to the toilet. Bad smell sometimes coming from somewhere
