Pros:

Camera a fost foarte curată, întreținută, personalul foarte, foarte amabil, iar micul dejun foarte bun.
Piscina nu s-a putu utiliza, dar noi nici nu am fi avut nevoie de ea. Nu am folosit centrul SPA, așadar nu pot da detalii.

Apenas o facto de achar que o hotel começa a precisar de algumas intervenções. Nomeadamente, as portas dos quartos que fecham apenas com algum impacto.

Hôtel super bien situé
Personnel très aimable

Cons:

La température de la chambre était trop élevée
24 degrés
Nous avons demander plusieurs fois de baisser car nous ne pouvions pas le faire
La réception nous a bien entendus mais rien n a été fait
Il faisait bcp trop chaud
Cela a un peu gâcher notre séjour

Excelente localização e hotel bonito.
Meia pensão com pouquíssimas opções (tem que se escolher da carta), mas comida bem confeccionada e saborosa. Pequeno almoço com muita variedade. Excelente atendimento do pessoal do restaurante (Jean, Victor e Marc)

Cons:

Bloqueio de 40% do valor da estadia que só foi devolvido após a saída. A maioria dos funcionários do bar e receção pouco simpáticos e pouco prestáveis. Piscina não estava operacional.

Zonă foarte accesibilă

Cons:

Personalul , nu mă simțeam confortabil la micul dejun, parcă ne monitorizau constant , prea atenți încât deranjau. Am uita o jucărie de somn a copilul în cameră și nu au sunat să ne spună , pe motiv ca ei nu contactează clienții daca uită lucruri în camera , asta în contextul în care am făcut check out la ora 11 și am lăsat bagajele de ei până la ora 17 , când nu ne-au comunicat ca am uitat ceva în camera , ne-am dat seama la aeroport și ne-a costat 70 de euro să ne aducă un Uber obiectul uitat , mai mult grijă și empatie m-aș aștepta de ka personalul unui hotel de 4 * . La micul dejun se uitau în gura noastră și nu ne-au anunțat ca au găsit un plus în cameră ! Totuși nu e un hotel
Ieftin și atenția care o au ar trebuit îndreptată în altă zonă ,nu la micul dejun, ar trebuie să fie atenți cu clienții și mai empatice în general .

Es un hotel muy lindo, bien consevado y muy bien ubicado

Ubicación muy cómoda y las habitaciones muy agradables

Cons:

El baño es muy bueno, pero al ser corta la mampara sale agua y se moja un poco el piso. Sería súper fácil de solucionar. Igual súper recomiendo el hotel, no es determiante

Lage ist super. Sauberkeit ist äußerst gut. Frühstück war umfangreich, keine Wünsche gelassen.

Cons:

Pool war geschlossen und bleibt lange noch geschlossen. Das fällt uns, wir könnten andere Hotel nehmen.
