직원들은 친절함

Cons:

평점이 좋아서 믿고 방문했는데, 결론부터 말씀드리면 재방문 의사 절대 없습니다.

시설 상태: 룸에 들어서자마자 관리가 안 되고 있다는 인상을 받았습니다. 벽면과 문, 세면대 곳곳이 훼손되어 있어 미관상 좋지 않았고 전반적으로 노후된 느낌이 강합니다.

소음 문제: 방 내부 특정 장치에서 지속적인 소음이 발생해 밤새 신경이 쓰였습니다.(특정 스위치와 장치가 연동되어 있음)
휴식을 위해 찾은 곳인데 오히려 스트레스를 받았네요.

서비스: 기본적인 생수조차 미리 채워주지 않아요. 요청해야만 가져다주는 시스템은 이해하기 어렵네요.

한 줄 평: 이 정도 가격대에 이런 관리 상태라면, 차라리 돈을 조금 더 보태서 다른 숙소로 가시길 바래요.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione ottima,centralissima,vicino a tutti i siti di maggior interesse.Il personale è stato molto efficiente e accogliente,in particolare Giuliano si è reso totalmente disponibile per rispondere alle nostre domande e dare ottimi consigli ,contribuendo a rendere speciale il nostro soggiorno .

Excelente hotel con un nivel de servicio realmente alto. Desde el primer momento se percibe la atención al detalle y la profesionalidad del equipo. La ubicación es inmejorable: muy conveniente para moverse por la ciudad y cerca de los principales puntos de interés.

El personal es uno de los grandes puntos fuertes del hotel: amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, creando un ambiente muy acogedor. Además, el diseño moderno y elegante del hotel aporta una sensación de confort y estilo, haciendo que la estancia sea aún más agradable. Sin duda, una muy buena elección para disfrutar de una experiencia cómoda y de calidad.
