Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay! The suite with plunge pool on the balcony made it extra special. Edgar at the front desk was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and made sure that we were well taken care of. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and made our stay a great experience.

Very Centric Hotel
Pros:

I liked the Staff was very friendly and service was very good. The room was big and spacious.

Cons:

My room was 2 stories and I have problems with my leg so it was a little difficult to move around.

Go from heaven to hell

Location is perfect!
Breakfast was excellent!
All staff are suprt friendly and helpful.
On the first day of my trip, I arrived at the hotel by taxi only to realized that I left my phone which has all information on it in the taxi.
I was completely panicked, but the hotel staff immediately worked together to help me find it, and thankfully, they were able to recover it.
