Pros:

The property was clean and in a great location. Son and the other staff were so nice and helpful. Every time I walked in and out they greeted me warmly, and answered any question I had about the area.

Cons:

There was nothing to complain about.

L'emplacement est super, le personnel adorable, la propreté irréprochable.

Cons:

La fenêtre de notre chambre donnait sur l'escalier de service dont la lumière s'allumait régulièrement la nuit et passait à travers les rideaux et il y avait un bruit de machine (vroum, vroum) toute la nuit derrière le mur de notre lit. J'ai donc très très mal dormi !

Hôtel correct et propre, dommage que la direction ne soit pas plus professionnelle avec ses clients!
Cons:

Réservation pour 4 nuits. Impossible d'avoir une eau chaude pour la douche, tout juste tiède.
Par ailleurs, à notre arrivée le 1er soir notre chambre avait été attribuée à une autre personne et sans nous avoir prévenus le Manager nous avait réservé une chambre dans un hotel adjacent pas vraiment de la même catégorie !!! Les serviettes de toilette étaient tachées, la baignoire sale (poils, cafard mort...)
Nous avons récupéré notre chambre le lendemain pour les 3 nuits restantes, par contre on nous a fait payer les 4 nuits comme prévu au tarif initial sans aucune compensation pour le désagrément subit....

Clean, comfortable stay in the heart of Saigon
Pros:

The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. It was accurate to the pictures. The hotel was in a very convenient location, just adjacent to the Ben Thanh Market. The hotel staff are very friendly, they even upgraded us to a room with a balcony. I would stay here again and would recommend it to family & friends.

Cons:

Keep in mind there is a 3% charge if you're paying by card. Since we arrived at 3 am, the front staff suggested that we get cash and pay the next morning instead. It was very nice and accommodating of them.

Enjoyed the night we had, great location and very clean. Just need to get some new mattresses.

The staff were lovely. The rooms have everything you need. It's in a great location and is so clean.

Cons:

The bed was so hard and for me very uncomfortable which is unfortunate as everything else was great.

Lovely staff, lovely hotel

走到濱城市場大約3-5分鐘
附近也滿滿好吃餐廳、咖啡廳、酒吧
員工們也十分親切 幫忙你提行李跟處理其他需要
房間很大很明亮
有翻新過住起來很舒適
面對馬路的陽台傍晚陰涼時很適合小酌一杯

房間插座少而且位置都設置在有點不方便的地方

C’est agréable de séjourner dans cet hôtel..
Pros:

Les personnes de l’hôtel sont compétentes, ils ont répondu tous les demandes que on est besoin.
L’hôtel est récent et propre.
À côté de tout, le marché Ben Thanh,
la rue du piéton de Nguyen Hue, la cathédrale de Saïgon, la poste centrale.

Cons:

La salle de bain est petite,
Si elle est un peu plus grand,
Je vais donner la note 10.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay with great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff.
Pros:

Great stay! Excellent location within easy walking distance to Bến Thành Market and many restaurants/cafés. Rooms were very clean, it has an elevator, and the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that the door locks take a bit of time to figure out since they’re not the usual hotel style. I hope they consider changing to keycards in the future, but it didn’t make my stay bad. Overall, still highly recommended!

Amazing.
Pros:

Very new. Very clean. They give the room a turnover once a day. We stayed at two other places in District One before finding this venue. And those other places were dirty and just uncomfortable to stay in. However, Luxury Suite Hotel & Spa gave us tremendous peace of mind, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only thing that can be improved in my opinion is the shower can be a little bigger. It also takes a minute or two for the water to get hot. But these are minor quibble.
