Spacieux et bien situé par rapport au centre de Phuket.
Pros:

La chambre très spacieuse et sa deco. La gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Pros:

Great hotel with super nice rooms, very clean and well thought out with all amenities. The staff were very kind.,The location was brilliant, short 10 minute walk from old town central area so away from noise but not far to access quickly.

Definitely recommended stay
Pros:

Amazing lovely personnel, made us feel at home and are very polite. Hotel location is great just a short walk to town. Also great spa just beside the hotel and gives 50% discount for hotel residents

Cons:

They can be more generous with toilet paper they put one roll when they clean but since we don’t like daily cleaning it’s not enough for us, but when asked the receptionist for one more it wasn’t a problem

Ok stay for the cost.
Pros:

There isn’t a huge amount around but enough for some restaurants, and a mall that had different food options in as well.

Cons:

The location was a bit far out if you want to explore the old town but if you don’t mind walking then perfect! Breakfast was a little strange it was sent to your room on the time you request, and was very small.

Goed ingerichte, grote schone kamer
Pros:

Hartelijk verwelkomd, zeer vriendelijke beleefde jongen bij receptie.. Keurige en gezellig ingerichte kamer, met leuke details en aankleding, goede verlichting. Douche en wc heel schoon, goede straal water (niet heel warm).
Alles was brandschoon en leek als nieuw. Het hotel is ruim opgezet en ligt in Phuket Old Town dus alles op loopafstand met genoeg eettentjes in de buurt. Kamer lag aan achterkant en het was stil. In de ochtend ontwaken met gezellige vogelgeluiden van wat verder weg.

Cons:

Bij het uitchecken was er iemand anders bij de receptie, en die keek niet op of om naar ons. Misschien was het druk, maar ze kon op z'n minst even oogcontact maken.
Een groot verschil met de vriendelijke ontvangst de avond ervoor. Anders had ik een 10 gegeven.

Enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms. Design of hotel was beautiful and location was great

Cool building, room was big and spacious, shower was great, really nice having the room cleaned/bed made daily. Highly recommend.

Cons:

If you’re traveling with kids be careful around the stairs! Our toddler wandered off on our way to the elevator and fortunately went for the stairs rather than through the railing.

Wonderful location. Great staff. Beautiful room.
Pros:

We were given an upgrade to a very spacious and peaceful room. The lovely Thai staff at the front desk worked above and beyond to make us happy....and happy we were!!! The House Keeping staff did a great job, always smiling, and the rooms were so clean. There was lots of fresh bottles of water in glass bottles, instead of plastic, which we really appreciated 👏 The Rainforest Spa centre at Sino House was wonderful 😀 The lovely massage therapists were kind, funny and courteous and their massages were fantastic. We got lovely cups of tea and refreshing towels both before and after our massages.
The location of Sino House was great. Close enough to the activities of Old Phuket Town, like the Sunday night market and Talang Road, and just far enough away to be out of the craziness.
We will definitely come back again. 😍🥰🙏🙏

we enjoyed our stay at Sino House and I would recommend.

Liked the massage. It was so relaxing. They are professionals. value for money.

There could have been more options for the breakfast, but it was not that bad.
