Calm House 3 Boutique hotel Hoi An

Flower is the best host I ever had during my trip in Vietnam, she tries the best to make everyone happy !!! And the vegetarian restaurant she has not too far from the homestay is a banger !!!!! Loved it so much !!!

Can't recommend this place enough. 10/10 for Flower alone! She goes above and beyond as a host. Incredible communication, even stayed behind past midnight after our flight in was delayed to make sure we were welcomed. Offered to organise bikes, activities and made us feel completely comfortable and at home. The neighbourhood the hotel is in was so lovely to walk through on the way to the Old Town every day (roughly 30 mins). Many small local coffee shops and eateries. All the locals were super friendly, kids waving "hi" as you walk past, chickens, roosters and dogs wandering the streets; honestly, the walk in and out of Cam Nam Island was actually one of the most enjoyable parts of our day. Facilities top notch, bed super comfortable, breakfast every day delicious, we really couldn't have asked for anything more. Will definitely be staying again next time we're in Hoi An. Thank you Flower! 🤍

Also, PS, do NOT listen to any naysayers about travelling during Tết - while some shops will be closed, there are still plenty open, the tourist crowds are lower, many more locals and families around (which are ALL so damn friendly and accomodating), and the "price hike" people complain about, is next to nothing given the exchange rate. I highly recommend travel during this time for a more unique experience.

Flower was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time in Hoi An. I’ve never been so well treated anywhere else. She arranged pick up and drop off from the airport, gave us bicycles to explore the town, provided affordable tour options and even upgraded our room. Along with the amazing staff on site, they made sure we were well looked after. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. Make sure you visit Flower’s restaurant too, it’s the best vegetarian food in town without a doubt. If I could give Calm House 3 six stars, I would! Close enough to old town, quiet and relaxing. I recommend it 1000%.

Clean, beautiful pool, access to push bikes and motor bikes. Flower the owner is such kind women. We plan to come back again.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour fin janvier 2026 ! Flower est adorable et son accueil très chaleureux. L'établissement est très bien équipé et calme, la piscine agréable et le petit déjeuner (banana pancakes) vraiment délicieux ! Merci !

מעל הכל ומעבר למקום האירוח שהוא מהמם ונעים ושקט, שווה לבוא להתארח רק בגלל פרח! היא כזאת מקסימה ועוזרת בכל דבר שרק צריך! כשהגענו החדר היה לנו קטן מדי לזוג עם ילד, והיא עשתה מעל ומעבר כדי לסדר לנו חדר גדול יותר. שווה לבוא למקום הזה רק בגללה! מעבר לכך באמת שהמקום מקסים גם בפני עצמו.

Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet - überall gibt es frische Blumen und der Außenbereich mit Pool ist super gemütlich. Flower ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin und hat sich so liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Sie organisierte sehr viel für uns (Transfer, Rollerverleih, Tipps für Ausflüge, Schneiderei, etc.) und war dabei total herzlich und fürsorglich. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl! Das Frühstück war auch super und das Housekeeping ist ebenfalls klasse. Die Lage hat uns total gut gefallen und alles war mit dem Fahrrad oder Roller in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Absolute Empfehlung!!!

We had such a great stay at calm house, the room was lovely and Flower the owner was so amazing. She gave us a list of recommendations on our first day and they were all excellent. Any time we needed anything it was organised straight away. Also cannot recommend enough having breakfast included, it was local style breakfast with lots of options to choose from cooked freshly for you. We will definitely be back!!!

Nice and quiet. Pool straight outside the bedroom which are spacious and clean.
