Pros:

The customer service was top notch, but the room quality was okay

Cons:

The charging port is directly on the bed I'm sleeping in, making it hard to charge my phone. Also there's a constantly beeping noise outside our room, which is very irritating for me. But overall, the room is still tolerable judging from the price. 6/10
