Die Aussicht war einfach bezaubernd. Das Frühstück war lecker, vielfältig und auch das Abendessen war sehr sehr gut und mehr als reichhaltig . Können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sehr nettes Personal.

The hotel is well located with easy access to tourist sites. The hosts communicated proactively and answered all questions promptly. They were very helpful. There is a nice breakfast terrace with good views of Berat. Breakfast itself is plentiful and tasty.
Our room was spacious and makes a good room for a family of 4.
We were there in a heatwave and the air-conditioning was greatly appreciated.
The host helped us with our luggage up the steep stairs and parked our car. It was easy to get access to the car when we needed it.
Some of the items listed on Booking.com as being in the room are not there. By way of example there is no coffee machine or kettle in the room.
We were not self catering so it did not bother us, but the self catering facilities are very limited, eg 3 glasses for a 4 person room, no cups, nothing to clean dishes with. But as I say we went out for meals and just drank our drinks from the bottles or cans so we were fine.

Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. We slept well and had a great visit.
Very good breakfast. Nice view from the room and outside. A little out of the way so wasn’t noisy. Liked our room, nice and spacious.
No one there to greet up upon arrival, we only saw people when it was breakfast and check out. Tricky to get to with luggage as it is uphill where cars can’t reach

The location was amazing, staff were helpful and bed was very comfortable. Whilst waiting for our driver to take us to our room we noticed the food at the restaurant looked delicious and wished we had eaten there.

Sehr schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit perfektem Blick auf die Stadt Berat. Kühlschrank im Zimmer vorhanden. Sehr bequeme Betten. Herrliches Frühstück auf der Terasse mit Blick auf die Altstadt! Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und nett.
Der Parkplatz ist leider ziemlich abseits. Man kann mit dem Auto nicht direkt zum Quartier fahren, sondern muss einige Meter bergauf durch schmale Gässchen über Kopfsteinpflaster. Mit schwerem Koffer nicht sehr angenehm.
Beautiful view of Berat, suoer comfortable bed, great room and facilities in a quiet part of town. The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and provided us with breakfast the night before as we had a very early departure in the morning. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Berat!
Not the property’s fault, but since this is in the historical district with pedestrian streets, it’s a bit of a walk up to the hotel with luggage. Important to keep in mind when booking, but the hotel/restaurant staff helped up get everyhting up and got us settled.
