Clean but it was not comfortable.
Pros:

Clean room. Freindly Staff at reception. Good Breakfast. Plenty of Parking slots. Good location for travellers with cars.

Cons:

Our room seemed to be adapted for accessibility needs, but it was not very comfortable for us. The bathroom lacks proper separation from the room, which reduces privacy, and there was no wardrobe or storage space for clothes. As a result, we had to leave our belongings in suitcases on the floor.

Camere spaziose, letti comodi e vicina al centro città comodo da raggiungere se si è in auto!

Al nostro arrivo per il soggiorno di una notte siamo entrati nella stanza che ci era stata assegnata e purtroppo era tutta sporca, letti non rifatti, asciugamani sporchi e bagnati sul letto cartacce sul comodino e cestini non svuotati! Inoltre, il bagno aveva ancora acqua per terra e ulteriori asciugamani, sembrava che qualcuno se ne fosse appena andato dopo essersi fatto la doccia. Questo indica che la stanza non era minimamente stata controllata prima di darcela! Alla nostra reclamazione sono seguite delle scuse da parte della receptionist(la quale ha affermato “io non sono neanche della reception solitamente) senza dirci quale fosse il suo vero compito (strano). Ovviamente c’è stato il tempestivo cambio della stanza. Senza però ulteriori riguardi omaggi o scuse, sinceramente dopo un lungo viaggio ci siamo rimasti un po’ male nonostante siamo convinti che sia stato un’errore in buona fede.

tento hotel jsem mockrát navštívil v minulých dobách, jeho úroveň naprosto katastrofálně poté co jej převzala skupina Band B hotel klesla. již nikdy se v tomto hotelu neubytuji. je zralý na celkovou rekonstrukci. Rovněž tak snídaně oproti minulu naprosto ubohá, za nehoráznou cenu

Cons:

Petit déjeuner tres moyen pour un 4 étoiles. Pas beaucoup de choix . Fromage microscopique.
Fruits, 2 , pas de choix. Salade de fruits, bof !

Pros:

Nichts.

Cons:

Man konnte die Heizung nicht selbständig regeln, im Badezimmer gab es keinen Abzug der Feuchtigkeit, die Handtücher waren noch benutzt und nass vom Vorgänger in dem Schrank unter den angeblich neuen liegend, die recht übel gerochen haben.

Pros:

The hotel is very good on B&B standards. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfy. Breakfast variety was above expectation (again, comparing to other B&Bs which I can recall from my previous stays). Thanks to the hotel's location, parking is available for all the guests and included in the price of the stay. Overall, it is a great place to stay if you visit Colmar and surroundings by car and you look for good value for money.

Cons:

Check your windows before you go to sleep - they might be locked as ours was. Keys are available at the reception.
