Great rooms, but the noise in the hallway was terrible.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. Ironing board was definitely a plus.

Cons:

The noise in the hallway with people walking through with luggage is quite disturbing. People shouting in the next room at 4 am and the TV turned on at full blast...coming through the sound-proof walls.

Location, ambience

Cons:

Most rooms had communicating doors. Not a great idea for safety for single female travelers. Also when asked about this, the staff was very rude 😕😕😕. Not a great attitude.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. The accommodation charged me in a different currency without any prior notice or option to choose my preferred currency, even though the invoice was clearly quoted in INR. On top of that, the final amount charged was significantly higher than what was originally stated.

I have been trying to resolve this with their staff, requesting a reversal and correct recharge in INR, but the response has been unhelpful and lacking accountability.

This reflects poor transparency and customer service. I would advise future guests to double-check billing details carefully before making any payment.

Definitely book this convenient option!
Pros:

Excellent option for a layover!! The rooms are large & quiet , shower water pressure excellent and ease of access from the arrival terminal is incomparable! Easy to find too. :)

Very practical location in the airport for a morning flight on the next day. The room was comfortable and clean. The reception staff were nice and helpful.

This was one of the worst stays in my life out of maybe 3000 stays worldwide. I strongly recommend NOT to stay at this hotel! The check-in is ridiculous! You are checked by police by screening like at the security at airport, and they take away all the things from your personal luggage, which they would also take when you board a plane. This is mad! They took away scissor and nailclipper away from me, my friend had to give his pocket lamp. Another passenger carried a bottle of whisky, and he had to give it to the security. For what???? We had endless discussions there, but these guys are policemen and they hide behind the sentence: This is airport rule. The restaurant is lousy and slow, we had to wait 10 minutes for an orange juice, because there is no self service. 7 people standing around, and no action. Wait for omelette 20 minutes, while only 2 tables were busy. On top in the evening they dont even sell beer in the restaurant, while having a nice bar there, but only Fanta and Sprite available. People from the hotel told us, that every day they have big discussions with new guest, who cannot believe what is happening....
Keep your fingers away from this hotel, choose a different one!
