Pros:

Tout est très bien pour un petit prix. Grande baie vitrée donnant sur la rue (pas spécialement bruyante) ce qui est un luxe à Saigon. On est loin du centre (2-3 km) mais il y a tous commerces autour, c'est un quartier animé
